for the late birds... approach the exams with a positive attitude. there is no point in despairing. the eleventh hour preparers should be calm and decide to study the maximum in the available time. but a study without acpuiring the skills-to-be-achieved is not worthy. so awaken; make hay while the sun shines. faith in god is very important. sometimes even blind faith can work wonders.
When I see some Iyers and Iyengars in the rest of India , I understand why they are Periyar's victims....it is their brahminism, they practize.....with out any hesitation.
Be ready to taste their superiority complex any moment. Even un displayed it exposes itself any moment.
They head some of the residents committees, Housing societys, Temple committees. Be sure ....it will be action and thrill packed melodrama.

Materilaism... is never the case of a real Bhramin. You can just count a handful of Bhramins whom you can say have amassed wealth to great standards. They are in general people who are very self contented and tfy to live a very desciplined life. and again this is not dravidian Philosophy which we are talking about and Hindusim cannot actually be defined as a religion.. it is a way of living..
The Gita says that anyone can become a Bhramin and no one is bhramin by birth.. its his way of living and karmas which make him one...
All attacks are against bhramins because most of them are wise enough to find out what os right and wrong and dont really fight out things if they feel the other persons work doesnt make any sense,

It is no surprise all the Govt. jobs are cornered by Brahmins because they only had access to education. The competition was among brahmins only.Rajaji closed 6000 schools in rural area in 1953 and introduced Kulakalvi.he was driven out of power and a 6th student had better vision and reopened the closed schools and in addition 12000 schools were opened. Now brahmins find it very difficult to compete with others. Merit is everywhere.If a SC/ST/BC candidate gets a job they say it is because of reservation.The theory of merit will not hold good in Tamilnadu where education and acquiring knowledge is spreading like fire.Just wait for one more decade.Most of the medical and engineering seats(95%) in non reserved category (OC) is secured by SC/ST/BC/MBC.Where the merit has gone ? Given the opportunity of better schooling the depressed classes will outsmat the so called/claimed forward communities/castes. C.Natarajan

This is writtern out of hatred. Rajaji actually overnight doubled the number of children educated in schools as the number of schools were limited. This was done through staggering of school hours (double shift) As to how the spare time will be spent by the students his solution was they learn the work of the family/the village/town. It was Rajaji's dream that all must have training in physical/manual jobs too as no physical work is menial. Every child can study well irrespective of caste, provided they get right kind of education. Even 50 years back but for Brahmins, Pillais, Mudaliars and a few other castes people were not interested to go to schools.They had other vocations, more profitable. Education was not DENIED to any one except SCs and STs. 95% of medical and engg seats are secured by BC,MBC,SC,ST is enough proof that the reservation policy needs review and many castes shd be removed from reservation list. Open list Reservation can be a useful tool to include/exclude castes.Finally the people who suffered and still suffering are Dalits only. The non-brahmins and Brahmins belong to the class who have exploited the dalits. The non-brahmins (a few influential communities) remained ruling class, exploiting class all through history. The Brahmins are only a scape goat. The British and a few Non-Tamils have created the divde and sucessfully planted mutual mistrust among Tamil communities. If we are honest we can educate all our children, give them respect and progress.

Kamaraj who studied only upto 6th standard had a better vision and concern for society than an eloquent Rajaji who had least concern for society who closed 6000 schools.Only after aquiring education one can compete. If you deny quality education, you are warding off competion in the begging stage itself.The urban kids with all facilities like Horlicks,car to escort them to school, English medium education,evening tuition, nutritious food,educated parents who will also study with them, etc., and he will score 90% Compare this with a rural boy who does not have a good meal,has to walk 2 miles,has to support his parents with part time work to earn for the family,least access to english communication etc and still scored 85 to 90 %.Who is really meritorious ? The downtrodden need some support and they will compete effectively and outscore the so CLAIMED forward castes/communities. C.natarajan

As has been done for nearly a century in Tamilnadu, falsehood is repeated millions of times to make people believe it is the truth. Rajaji considered fellow Indians especially the downtrodden as his own children that is why he introduced prohibition. He was the first to bring reservation for scs and sts. He was the first to save the agriculturist from the clutches of private loans of very high interest. In Kamaraj's words and also in Jayaprakash Narayan's words Rajaji was next only to Gandhiji in national staure and love for the downtrodden. Why Kamaraj in the last phase of his life joined back Rajaji. Kamraj has never aligned with Periyar, Anna, Kalaignar or MGR. He aligned only with Rajaji, because both were nationalists. Both were believers in God. Both were honest and decent. The urban rural point sounds rediculous. An urban child with IAS parents and ample money, power, and influence will garner all the seats in the reserved category. A boy who has no reservtion cover from a village or a poor bvoy belonging to the so called forward or backwarad community will not get the opportunity. That is why 'Creamy layer' principloe should be applied. Why there is so much resistance for that in Tamilnadu. Thes vested interests who are garnering all the seats depriving their breatheren who are poor, who live in rural areas, who are ignorant of their rights. The answer is obvious - "Periyar" with "ROYAL" background and "Debonair upbringing" can study only upto 4th standard will tell all his problems are due to "Brahmin domination" who's mistake is that ?? Is it due to "Brahminism" ???
This is the true status where the so called "Backward" people who with all their wealth and might cannot study properly and want reservation to get qualified without proper merit.

The people were ruled by British, before that my Moghuls. The gezzeted sytstem or what ever is the British. The chief justice was Rajmannar, who was no Brahmin. The Brahmins went for the exams of the British which others did not. British did not employ Brahmins because they are brahmins as it is happening now. the appointments now are based on the caste of the guy in pwoer. British were 0.01% of India and they were ruling. What do you want to do-want to invade Brtion. Idiotic analysis is in way helpful.

The non brahmins were systematically denied education.Now the situation has changed and the brahmins find it tough to compete with others and that is the reason they raise the hue and cry.Given equal opportunity and environment the brahmins will be nowhere nearer to others including the SC and ST who are also excelling in education and employment.Knowledge/ wisdom is not the exclusive possession of any one. Please don't be guided by repeated lies. One statement by someone shd not be construed as the basic dictum of any book or belief. It is ugly and inhuman to call any fellow human being as untouchable. It is absolutely beastly to call any one as superior or inferior by birth.The facts of history remains that more than 80 to 90% of the Hindu kings were sudras. All the Gods of Hinuism are Non brahmins only. But the Brahmins were worshipping them, propogating them. Most of the Alwars and Nayanmaars are non brahmins and their deities are in temples and brahmins are performing pujas to them. All saints, Valmiki, Vyasa, Kalidasa, ThiruValluvar and Kambar are Non Brahmins. When Hindu community was one it worshipped allwho are good honest kind. Indians were following leaders of any faith. Gandhiji was a leader to maillions of Muslims. Moulna Azad was one of the big 5 along with Rajaji, Nehruji, Patel and Prasadh. The Hindu fanatics and the Dravida Maayai (planted by British, a few Christian missionary and a few Non-Tamils) created the Hindu-Muslim divide (especially in North India) and the Brahmin hatred (only in Tamilnadu) A Malyalee, Kannadiga or a Telugu considers all with same mother tongue as their people. Only in Tamilnadu people do not have the Tamil feeling. They are caste conscious.The Paalaru, kaveri and Mullai Periyaaru are on account of this disunity. If all Tamils unite they can get all their legitimate dues.

First, the mode of selections/exams should be changed so that creativity is given importance rather than mere coaching/mugging. This will put an end to groupism, sharing of resources, mafia style of operation etc etc.
