when the entire country is not respecting such political awards, why this compulsion now ? Is the president is so respectable ? OR whether the President"s chair ?
If Dr.Kalam was the President,I am sure Dhoni and Co would have attended it.The awards have been made a mockery by the Govt.Today's Newspaper have come out with an article where Mr.Jaipal Reddy of the Congress Party was responsible for a Padma Shri to Mr.A sankara Reddy to return the favour of his having appointed the wife of his private secretary as a professor of History in Sri Venkateshwar College,though there were more deserving candidates.Mr.A Sankara Reddy according to the newspaper sources is involved in a PF scam.To what level have the Padma Shri awards been degenerated by our so called Indian leaders.It is scam and a shame.I can only hang my head in shame because of these shenanigans of our political clowns.

Bull's eye. When it is money, corruption, power, influence, all politicians gangup together - it is them versus poor people of India. This has to change and other pillars of the constitution have to rise to protect the Incdian people.
Such lapses should be taken very seriously by the Govt. and these two criciketers should be dropped from the Test Match , ODI and 20/20. The Prime Minister should write a letter to CCI advising stern disciplinary action. No excuse. No matter if the cricket is afftected, if at all.I do not think India lacks cricketing talents.

The Government have to kick the buts of Harbajan ashole and Dhoni dumbash...right away.
I can't believe this. The players did not want to go to the awards ceremony and they are being hammered by the congressi chamchas for exercising their democratic right. Dhoni and Harbhajan have achieved far more for the coutry than most of our presidents (barring a few) have achieved. People talk about the fact they did it for money, as if the politicians do it for charity.

Guys, NDTV has placed a fake poll on it website which has a "Vote" button but it shows hard coded data of 75% ppl showing that Varun shudnt have been released. The js code doesnt have any action on the click of the "Vote" button. NDTV has lost all sense of morality in its effeorts to appease Mullahs. The code snippet on their site is as below: input type=image src=but_vote.gif width=46 height=20 Any web developer can know that this button wont do anything even if you click on it.

Most english TV are anti-nation. People are slowly realizing this, I wish more and more people realize this and stop watching them and forming opinions based on their newscast.
Frankly, I want to bow to the leaders of our nation. But with the lallus, gandhis, pawars, mayavatis, jayalalithas among others, one can treat the leaders and their positions only with disdain. India is doomed. It will never come out of its corrupt practices and thoughts, because most people have already accepted the system for what it is, and they are happy to bow to it. Why else would anyone vote for a party that puts puppets on the chairs and lets an Italian pull the strings from the above. I am ashamed of where our country has come today!

Duly Elected...........or notoriously selected.........what has she done to earn the respect of the nation......... Dhoni and Bhajji has done more for the country than Pratibha and her whole family....It should be she who should be respectful towards them. And for heaven's sake MS GILL dont compare the Queen with this Pratibha...... Yes things would definitely had been different if a person of the stature of APJ would have been the SUPREME COMMANDER.
