@Wahaj Faridy - Apostasy!!
by Anti Semetic on Mar 16, 2011 10:12 PM  | Hide replies

Why dont you also blurt out the clauses after leaving out which the person should follow?? And why dont you also blurt out the direct words ofMuhammad in which he said:

SahihBukhari (52:260) - "TheProphet said, If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him."

Disagree.

That Hadith had relevance against SPIES who were entering Izlam to gather intelligence for war purpose.

If one Disagrees with faith, he can walk out... no issues

No punishment fr apostasy as per Q-Ran

The entire world sees the hordes of Is1amist fanatics who support terrorists & violence while calling for jihad against any dissenters or apostates or non-believers on the streets of Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Iran, etc. See how the Asia Bibi controversy and the debate over the Blasphemy law in Pakistan caused Governor Taseer's death And minister Bhatti's death. And what did we see? Lawyers, ordinary people, mullahs and clerics showering praise on a grinning Qadri, who shot an unarmed man in cold blood! Why do Islamists use violence and anarchy as a means of highlighting their grievances and affecting change when it comes to their faith or way of life? When any non-Muslim action offends voraties of Islam, the result are riots, insurrections, death threats, fatwas and the threat of VIOLENCE against innocent people!
Is1am inspired Terrorism is the biggest threat to multi-cultural, multi-faith democratic societies like India, Europe, US, etc. Islam preaches that it and it alone is the true religion and that Islam will dominate the world and impose its will on all other religions, cultures and upon democratic institutions. To suppose that such a version of Islam can peacefully co-exist with followers of other faiths is, to be candid, an increasingly absurd proposition

What about these??

SahihBukhari (83:37) - "AllahsApostle neverKilled anyone except in one of the following three situations: (1) A person whoKilled somebody unjustly, was killed (inQisas,) (2) a married person who committed illegalSexualIntercourse and (3) a man who fought againstAllah and HisApostle and desertedIslam and became anApostate."

Bukhari (84:57) - "[In the words of] AllahsApostle, 'Whoever changed his IslamicReligion, then killHim.'"

SahihBukhari (89:271) - A man who embracesIslam, then reverts toJudaism is to beKilled according to "the verdict ofAllah and hisApostle."

I repeat...Those Hadith had relevance against SPIES who were temporarily entering Izlam to gather intelligence for war purpose. Go read circumstances of that time wherein lots of attacks were happening against muzl1ms, and some people acted clever by claiming to embrace Izlam, and then flee away after gathering intelligence.

Otherwise, If one Disagrees with faith, he can walk out... no issues

No punishment fr apostasy as per Q-Ran

Everything - Hadith, or Q-Ran - is of use only in proper Context.

It made sense at that time to deter those who wanted to feign joining iz1am, and then run away back to enemy with war intelligence gathered.

But make no Mistake.. No verse in Q-Ran for apostasy. So there is no question of Death Penalty for apostasy in general.

But yes, I agree many scholars say what you say here. But I tend to disagree, and always debate scholars on this

Jaoi Babu,
Even during pre-independence period, almost all the sects of muslims were present in Muslim league except deobandis.
League wanted a seperate nation wheras deobandis wanted to islamise india.Hence they resisted partition.
But all the musis believed in one thing-not to come under power of the natives.

Ha!! Do you even feel like asking this after seeing their lifestyle which has remained unaltered for 1400 years??!!

They are the "diWINE laws" that should never be altered!! No amendments nothing!! Even in 3011 AD, you can see them using the same laws (if their cult is still alive)!!
