Thats the standard of the Indian sub-continent!! Anderson, Davis, Mr.Q and the list is endless!! Whereas India could not get even a single mosquito (forget the Dawoods, Sarabjits, Headleys, another never ending list) from other countries!!
Sarabjit Singh is loitering in Pornistan jail for more than a decade, along with a death penalty inspite of repeated requests (literally falling at the feet of Pornistan)!!

as per barbaric 1slamic law, which allow kill and pay, why it discriminate sarabjit? why he has not offered that?? that means , pakistan has no rule! whenever they want, they use this type of idiotic law to free the criminal!
Every citizen's life is important for USA. Davis is recent example. 2 journalist caught in Korea is another example where Bill Clinton flew to Korea to set them free.
Mind blowing to see one can come out of murder trail by paying money. It is not wonder that Pakistan is having such law.. There are Indians who were arrested in pakistan by illegal means. Why India can bring them out by paying money using the same law???
As Guilty can get away from any wrong done or Innocent be Beheaded for no wrong at all.Strange people have strange laws, long live name of profit who started all this money spinning dirty business.

It is not as absurd as it appears prima facie. One key factor is: the satisfaction of the aggrieved, which is a must for any deal to be successful. It may be noted that if the aggrieved person so desires, he/ she can pardon the murderer without any recompense. On the contrary, the British law, which is in vogue in India, gives no such right to the aggrieved. Here every crime is a crime against the state, and the law simply does not have any place for sentiments of the affected family.

What if a someone kills a man and pays some money to his wife and walks free? What if the man's mother objects? What about the man's children? What about justice for the man who got killed?
How can anybody justify barbarism??
I do not see a single "defender of the faith" on this board. How can one defend the ridiculous and idiotic tenets?

This is what you get when you juxtapose 7th century divine ideals in today's society. But who will explain the fallacies of DIVINE religion to religious nuts?
I better kill my enemies in Pakistan... than in India..after all i can pay their families!! and be free... Guys.. we can all sort our differences in Pakistan!!
