Question of Blood money also comes after Death Penalty.
This arrangement is atleast better than a President like ours or of USA having power to free a murderer without giving iota of reason.... because it shows that justice systems is under foot of Head of the state

So the USA is killing the poverty stricken Pakistani tribals along the AF-Pak border region through drones and giving AID worth billions to the Pakis. I can claim the AID is blood money & justified under the principle of Sharia and Hadith? The shameless would Pakis have found yet another DIVINELY sanctioned way of making money!

Fool, the AlQisas days of "an eye for an eye" is OVER!! We dont live in barbaric era anymore!!
As for murder, the courts would have already levied a fine on the murderer along with the sentence. So, the question of compensating again while pardoning doesnt arise at all.

Fully agree. You gotta be a slave of Satan to follow this cruel nonsense without even applying legal reasoning or common logic.
A deep hole is dug in the ground. A 30 year old lady, tied up from feet to shoulders, as a stick, is lowered alive into this hole, in a standing position. Only her neck and head are visible. Can you imagine a human head sticking above ground?
When the order is given, a man throws a fist-sized stone at her protruding head. The stone hits her head with a thud. She screems in pain as the blood oozes down her face. Another man picks up a stone and scraps the side of her head drawing a lateral line of blood. She cries and screems in excruciating pain. Since it is a free for all, a teenage spectator from this open playing field, tries his luck, but misses her head completely. Another aims at her and flings it with force. The stone hits its intended target, her forehead
First of all, there is no death penalty for a murderer in India or the West unless it is the rarest of the rare cases!! Death penalty is not given for each and every god damn murder!!!
Presidential pardon comes only for death penalties and not imprisionments!!

Davis would be released, I have posted many times, and gave the reason.
Reason could be anything, but Davis would be released, and under no circumstances Pak would prosecute him,
Mu11ahs are bas1cally phat000s / c0wards and they do not any c0urage, after all what they had been supplying........... to US soldiers after all these soldiers are away from their w1fe and G1irl friends for years.
Mu11ash requ1res money only and bas1cally phat00s.

Do not blame Mullahs in this. They were and they still will be dead against pak govt for bailing out Davis.
Pak govt is bunch of f00lz. Even if family was okay with $1 Million, they should have got them $100 Million. Atleast then people would have not smelt coercion and surrender to US.
BLOOD Money is supported by Hadith if victim family accepts it of own accord... not under coercion
