Such Mus1ims regard nationalism, as being un-Is1amicas divisive of the Mus1im ummah. In his view, Mus1ims all over the world share the same nationality or qaumiyyat and they aim to form a single global polity on the basis of Is1am. So ethnic nationalism is not acceptable. As for murder, the courts would have already levied a fine on the murderer along with the sentence. So, the question of compensating again while pardoning doesnt arise at all.
