No need of courts!!
by Ramesh on Mar 16, 2011 09:52 PM  | Hide replies

The rich people can keep killing who ever they want and pay 6 crores. By paying 6 crores, his/her eyes will open and he will never commit the same mistake again in his life. Good law!! No need of courts, lawyers and judges...

If you are not aware of the law, learn about it!! If a person is given death penalty, depending on the prosecution lawyer's arguments, a FINE is also imposed on him or her!!

What you call as "BLOOD MONEY" to make it sound "masochistic", we call it in sober terms as FINE!!

IS INDIAN JUSTICE SYSTEM UNDER FOOT OF PRESIDENT ??
by Wahaj Faridy on Mar 16, 2011 09:42 PM  | Hide replies

Why our President (or of USA) is having power to free a murderer without giving iota of reason ??

Ask this question before you ask validity of Blood Money

Blood Money option is atleast better than a President like ours or of USA having power to free a murderer without giving iota of reason.... because it shows that justice systems is under foot of Head of the state

Blood money works only if Death Penalty is announced, and victim family is willing to accept Compensation without coercion

Such Mus1ims regard nationalism, as being un-Is1amicas divisive of the Mus1im ummah. In his view, Mus1ims all over the world share the same nationality or qaumiyyat and they aim to form a single global polity on the basis of Is1am. So ethnic nationalism is not acceptable. It is this pull of the imaginary UMMAh that raises the hackles of other communities as to where the Mus1ims' loyalty & nationalism stand. People like Wahaj reinforce that feeling!

Wahaj do you support Madudi's views as given below?
"Mus1ims are a complete separate nation/qaum, on the basis of their religion, culture, civilisation and practices, and thought. Their nationalism and the foundation of their unity cannot be based on their homeland, race, language, colour or economic system. Rather, the basis of their unity is Is1am and Is1am alone, and their belief that there is no G0d but A11ah and that Mohd is A11ah’s prophet’

The day Mus1ims give up their obsession with this imaginary Ummah and this "We Mus1ims" pitch, you will find all suspicion & distrust vanishing against Mus1ims in any free, democratic and liberal society!

Madudi was the founder of Jamat-e-Is1ami. Inspite of all his big talk, he promptly migrated to Pakistan after Partition.
Kashmiri Separatist Geelani counts Madudi as his ideological mentor! Excerpts from Geenai's 2008 interview to Rediff-
"I have a three-point target. First is to impose an Is1amic nizam (jurisprudence) in Kashmir. Is1am should govern our lives, be it in our political thought, socio-economic plans, culture or the ongoing movement.
The creed of socialism and secularism should not touch our lives and we must be totally governed by the Koran and the Sunnat. I have been propagating that we must fight against anti-Is1amic forces. These forces come in our way under the garb of nationalists, secularists, racists, linguistic chauvinists, and so on."
And still people say that Kashmir is a political Independence movement!

Fool, the AlQisas days of "an eye for an eye" is OVER!! We dont live in barbaric era anymore!!

As for murder, the courts would have already levied a fine on the murderer along with the sentence. So, the question of compensating again while pardoning doesnt arise at all.
