Why shud Buddhadev resign
by ritwick sanyal on Mar 19, 2007 05:29 PM  | Hide replies

Is it the first time poor innocent citizens are being killed in India ? Which minister or party took responsibility of Babri Masjid demoslition, the communal riot that followed, Godhra incident etc etc..there are hundred of such cases where no one resigned..while i condemn the act of killing innocent villager i still dont think Buddhadev needs to resign for this..its easy to say " resign" but these so called intellectuals of bengal havent thought wat after that ? who will lead bengal or do they want to see bengal where it is now ? Do u think Mamta has the capability to lead the state..wat has she achieved till now..Laloo proved to be a better railway minister than her...who will lead Bengal ? Congress, Naxals who ? let these so called intellectuals answer..

West Bengal fate

Why to blame the CM / Government. People of West Bengal are totaly responsible for all that is happenning. They have been electing the left for last 30 years and paying price for the same. One has to pay price for acts and ommissions made by him. Only God can save Bengal from Bengalis (SO CALLED INTELLECTUALS OF INDIA)

Your stupid statement will still not change the fact that BENGALIS ARE THE INTELLECTUALS OF INDIA. The problem occuring is due to a certain section in the state which is present in all states.

First of all Neither I am a CPM Man nor i support Nandigram issue.what i feel that nandigram issue is not at all related with west bengal industrializations but it is related with politics to capture power in Nandigram by CPM people.I don't think that CM is responsable for this incident. He must stay and keep continue as a CM.We salute him for his work and development,no one like Mamta banerjee is not at all capable to develope bengal such a way. What i feel we need Mr Budhhadeb Bhattacharya at any cost.It is my humble request to CM,please keep continue your work but ask your subordinates to make a plan proper way before going ahead.EVERTHYING MUST HAVE PROPER PLANNING AND EXECUTION.We the west bengal are always with you.Mr CM,Please don't put your resignation,in this stage we can't effort to look back...my best wishes always with you and our state.
Thanks

by sekhar datta on Mar 19, 2007 05:14 PM

The logical conclution of the Nandigram killing should have been Presidents rule in Bengal . But the most unfortunate fact is that there is no leader in the opposition ( if there is any )who is capable to take charge . The other CPM so called leaders lack vision ,courage to change most of the elected leaders are basically live from election to election , have no time to think for people . Most of them joined politics to earn for their living otherwise they would not have had any job to earn a fair living .

Buddhadeb Bhattacharya should not resign as he is the person who has a dream for bengal..he is the person who can revive bengal..let him be at the helm of affair..am sure he would lead bengal forward...the opposition is useless in Bengal..it doesnt have a vision or roadmap for development of state..its involved in opposing everything that the Govt tries to do..even their own party MLAs are against her..to sum up if Buddhadeb, bengal would never develop..

Think Late by Communist !!! Now Work Late !!!

Communit has been ruling the West Bengal for over 30 years. But They have been against the industry. Now this short minded communit realize the need of state.Other states like Gujarat started industries.Lot of unemployement problem there.
But now they learned lot and want to do something for their future generation. But time is too bad. These kinds of viloation and protection clearly indicates company will say good bye to state. But situation is very crusial for honest man like Ratan Tata.
The West Bengal political leaders should visit industry state like Tamil nadu,karnataka,AP,Gujrat,etc..,

don't resign please
by Santanu Ghosh on Mar 19, 2007 05:11 PM

The only communist who at least showed some sense in inviting the industrialists in bengal. we are not farmers, so for us job opportunities can only be created if industry is being set up in the state. the incident of nandigram was not created by buddhadeb, but by lunatiocs like lakshman seth and his goons. today, people can visit various complexes, multiplexes, restaurants, fast food joints and other entertainment zones because Buddhadeb has made the way for these to be created. West bengal was slowly changing for the betterment. But some rascals created havoc amongst the people, amongst them of course are the communists as well as the lunatics of trinamool led by didi. So we request you not top resign. Rather we are their with you, and we don't want any other CM for bengal who will come and stop these reforms.

Plz don't go, CM
by Pide Piper on Mar 19, 2007 05:09 PM

Buddhadeb is by far the best man to lead Bengal. He may have taken an impetuous step, but on an overall basis he is still the most competent person.
In his absense, the mad lady of Trinamul will grab the hot seat and will turn Bengal into an asylum.
Please donot leave us, Mr.Bhattacharjee, it's not only for you, it's for us as well.

The media and the intellectuals have to step up pressure and see that buddha resigns, let anyone else replace him from the left front or let bengal go in for a fresh round of elections.Buddha resignation will send across the message that No CM of any state can get away by grabbing land and later killing the right full land owners in cold blood.history will never pardon india if we let a person with Stalins, Hitlers, Saddams, Dweyer mindset to continue. In fact he should be treid for murder arrested immediately and put behind bars for getting poor helpless women raped, young children orpahned, young men maimed. His atrocities sounds very similar to what Hitler did aginst the Jews.

I think the worst problem Bengal faces is these intellectuals who calls every body Hitler and Stalin.Buddha is doing a good job and after many years industries are coming in Bengal. Dont force them to go elsewhere just for the sake of protest! it will turn Bengal into a desert. This is really silly! I think we are giving too much weightage to Medhapatkar and Mahashweta Devi. We have to develop and without industries this is not possible. This is not a rocket science that these foolish intellectuals will not understand. They need poverty, hunger prostitution as their subject of art. If we develop their works will be like Dynosaurus of the past with no relevance in present and future.

Rana.
industrialists are coming here not o develop the state but just to make "Secret Trade" with the Govt. While people like Tuhin samanta is being shot by OC of police station, our CM is reactiong as if he has heard the incident for the first time.He is even worse than Hitler. A person who lies left and right. He shall be dragged to court once the case of Singur comes up in HIgh court.
