many congrats to a.r.rahman for winning golden globe and oscar nominations but i still rate his awesome MASTERPIECE music in roja and gentleman (gentleman's music is perfect album- western,indian,classical). they need to give belated OSCARS to him for CHINNI CHINNI ASHA also. - nadeem zain
the songs are very good in sdm... all the best to win the oscars for which they are nominated. rahman has done a great composition with a short span of time. and to make them original is only possible for him in india.

Mate...the full name is slum dog millionaire...its getting out of the slum and becoming a millionaire. I watched the movie and it just shows the truth on our living standards. I didnt feel ashamed watching the movie, but felt good towards the end. Everything has its own perks and cons...so watch the movie, if u like it good if not forget it :)
its shocking - its totally Indian movie, except director is from Hollywood origin...then it got nominated???? if it was directed by Aamir, Shahrukh or Sanjay L. Banshali it would never be nominated.

slumdog?? the name itself is derogatory. equating slum dwellers as dogs. what a rubbish idea of westerners abt ind. no need to rush to movie.
