This is an best way to control population. and this project should be published all over India . Yes cash incentives is must but you should decrease the amount of it. Yes it will provide long term benefit. I loved it and u should tell this to all people by media and news. We all INDIANS r standing besides u just do u'r well dear.
Well....what abt the tax?? kuch nahi hai tax bhi maangte hain....hahahhahaha....same old stuff.....plus this is not feasible...if still implemented, then again loads n loads of scams..so what's the whole point???
This is a good idea for controlling population. People should also think generously about whether they can do enough justice for a new born people depending upon the present concesquences.
It will be good if this idea got implemented in entire country.
There should be other alternative rather than giving money
I am bemused why population is shown as a reason for hindarance for country's development. It may be part of a reason but not the only reason. Railway's posting a so called profit is bcoz of this population. The government should see how many projects in paper are being introduced and whether it reaches the last common man. We can use this population as an advantage. Regarding this scheme I don't think it will our country. It will create laziness in the mind of the people and we can't check whether they will be honest either
These people has started to give condom to reduce population , no affect ...more corruption..this step will lead to corruption and Our honourable Health minister has lost his mind on giving statements on Marriage, sex and Swine flu...the Govt should work to make people more literate so that they can understand what is good and bad for them....But Govt will not do that as it will shrink their Vote Bank
nobaody can withstand the pressure and urge for want of child wen they get married as in india marriage is open door for sex and having children and wen u close it u just imagine wat will b the out put? so in paying cash just com with a idea of wat will be the major cause if there are more then one or two children for a couple etc, try to focus on the drawbacks for hvkng more then two children dont provide money as many indians are illetrate and may miss use the money and may kill one"s desire of hvng kids..and the point is too worry is about migrates from bangldesh and pakistan who are causing major threat to our econmy by producing more population and the c gov for sopporting thm, plz note.
This is a wastage of money. What's the benefit if they will delay. We can control population if they do not have more than 2 children.
Population control chemes should be coercive at the place of reward. I am not china fan in coercion, but it's much better way to resolve issue. There are only few effective way.
1) Create a heavy tax for third children and it should be yearly at the place of one time till parents are alive 2) Goverment should provide any subsidy or ration on cheap rate for max two children 3) In schools/hospitals and other facilities, you should give reservations for children having max two siblings. 2) Increase level of education. In 8-10th class, effect of population on family, country should be discuss in very detail.
This is exactly what I used to think to control population. Its a very good idea. Should be implemented across the country after some more streamlining. Scheme shud be implemented asap.
