Still better, government should encourage gays and give them all facilities at government costs including free government guest house. There is no special need to delay - it will never come. One stop solution for problem erosion. First let the congies become gays in the house.
it is the mental status of the individuals to decide how to live the life.we are now living in computer era.illiteracy has been eradicated (as anounced).then what form of education is needed.yes , I think all priviledges should be banned for those who avoids the guidelines issued by the govt.(govt. should pass the laws to control this issue of population growth instead of wasting the public money to invite an other form of scam.
1. Govt. should stop giving subdised food to families having more than two births (total three children. 2. Reservation should be withdrawn families having more than two births (total three children) 3. Politicians having more than one wife and more than two children should not be allowed to represent people. 4. Income Tax should be higher for Parents having more than two births (total three children) 5. Dowry should be strictly abolished. If anyone is found accepting or demanding dowry, he should be imprisoned for five years. 6. Women should be educated atleast upto school levels. 7. Those who stop with Only one child, should be given concession in Income Tax, more Subdisied Food etc.

superb!...and need add all muslims should have only 1 wife and 2 children, which should be made compulsory, There should be no reservations, Jobs on merit basis

Srini I couldnt have agreed for any more. Income Tax part would be hard to implement as we have still a long way to go to have a fool proof demographic profiling and data base and getting people under tax net
To add a few though would be
1. No Govt jobs or reservations or govt benefits to people with more then 2 children
2. No reservations for children of parents having more then 2 children
3. All births after a fixed date "have to be" registered and such certificates be called for during admissions and all process. Such certificates to include a column to say how many brothers and sisters he/ she have
I think the best idea would have been " job assurance for couples having one child" and also abolishing the present reservation system to introduce new reservation policy for only economically poor section and not based on caste or religion.
The present reservation policy is also a reason for Population Explosion to some extent. But any Politician dare enough to talk open about this ? !!!!
Our strength lies in our people. I think the Government should instead focus on achieving 100% literacy which would automatically regulate population. Handing out money for delaying having children is ridiculous
Wit its multiple civil codes it will be a tough job to regulate the population. Start implementing disincentives like admission to shcools,hospitals,ration cards,allotment of houses or purchase of properties. this will create awareness and hopefully bring down the population.what ever the gains the country made has been neutralised by the exploding population.
