Govt. should encourage such schemes nationwide provided they do not become a source for gov. officers to earn bribes. It can be improved by providing more incentives if couples do'nt have their own child but adopt someone.
Govt. pays INR 5,000.00 who delays having issues for 02 years and another INR 2,500.00 for additional third year. My question is what benefit will Govt. give to those who takes decision for not having any issues for the entire life seeing the economic condition of the country.

Sounds interesting. Would suggest the delay in child should only be for the second and the payment announced by the government to be made only when the couples have reached at the age of 55. in the event of death of both before the age the payment to be made to the second child on priority with an premium.
