hi acoording to me the players should follow the coach i agree there is a lot of efforts taken by ganguly and wright to bring indian team into lime light but that hand should be like that dont spoile the atmosphere in dressing room ganguly should attain all the activities where his all team mates undergoes. he is there bcoz of the team . single man cannot play against 11. look at ur poor form sourav first and then concentrate on captaincy. he got this due to his good performance . if he does well then again he cab get that. let chapple implement whatever he thought of and see the things if it is not working then u should go for another option but give him his chance and dont forget u r dealing with legend thats it
