Dravid is the right choice to lead India at the moment.He is senior most after Sachin & has good cricketing brain to suceed as captian.Ganguly has lost his touch completely and at the moment no place for him in the side.This time selectors have done a some what better job.Dropping Zaheer and Ganguly are example.Even if I bowl 60 balls I will get 1 or 2 wicket in as many matches.So along with ganguly we can dump Zaheer also.Ganguly was a good player & better captain.Ever since bouncers are re-introduced in ODIs Ganguly is struggling to come in to terms.India is ranked just above WI & Zimbabwe.Even the most enthusiastic cricket fan also is loosing interest in cricket.If we continue like this cricket also will die the death of Hockey.So definitely a change is inevitable for captaincy & also new faces need to be inducted.So Calcuttains no need to make lot of fuss about it. India is not Calcutta alone.
I dont think so ,because as a batsman Rahul is good but it could n't the qualification for captaincy. We had a good experience with Sachin, as a batsman he is excellent but failed to lead at middle. i hope this is a worng step by BCCI . If they want a change Kaif is the 'right choice'. Kaif has good leadership qualities. a quote is " inilligence is not sufficient for leader"
no no sir,dravid is not the right choice becouse he is honest and dedecated player in indian team and he will take indian team to winning possition. so dont give him big responsiblitys
it is totally absurd that we guys r comparing ganguly by dravid.Brothers gang or kaif only can take indian blues to peak.Believe me these guys has the passion n vigour for cricket and all leading capabilities.This choice of giving the thorne to dravid is the unprofessional choice.It is not that the man who is playing good can lead the teams if so we would have seen tendu,gayle,sangakkara,mc grath and cairns as succesful captians and not gang,azhar,fleming,imran and vaughan as best of the rest
Yes Dravid can do better than Ganguly. Both the ways captian and batting ,now a days gangulys batting and fitness is very bad, people should think that we all need a change for the teams performance, all the players should support dravid and play with unit and win matches and not to keep on losing, NO POLITICES. Yes Dravid is the only Choice Left with the Selectors as far as Captain of Indian Cricket is Concerned.
Though Ganguly turned out to be so far the best Captain in Indian Cricket History. But More or Less he is found to Playing for his own Good on Number of Occasions but Dravid, I am sure would not adopt Double Standard. Because its the Indiam Team we are Playing for not for Individual Benefit. And no doubt if you are wiling to do good for your country your Individual Performance is Also going to be Best.
