If our judiciary is so inept to mete out justice to the poor girl, then let us, the public, do the justice.
The socity and justice who can not save there brave daughter is now saving one coward criminal in the name of justice who will rap more girls in future
It is already happening. People are already thinking of approaching external agencies like the UN for justice. In other words the national system for justice and correctional administration is considered to be defunct. And rightly so. For a technical reason, the age short of only six months from legal adulthood, the heinous and most cruel criminal among the rapists is getting off with a light sentence. The juvenile delinquent was also acquitted by the 'Juvenile Justice Board' of 'attempt to murder' of the paramedic's male friend, who was the sole eye witness in the case. Certainly, that brings the wisdom of this honourable 'Justice Board' under question. Then there are the humanitarians (Justices, Lawyers & Activists) who lack humanity for the innocent victims but must serve the criminals with all the kindness they can muster. What a travesty of justice ! It is a fundamentally fractured idea to treat criminals leniently on account of their age. It becomes totally lope sided when it is a sexual offence. Sexual act by itself is an adult activity. No matter what the age of a rapist, he deserve hardest of hard punishment. Such criminals once proved the of the crime be punished in public by giving thrashes and then send to prison for fro still longer period of 3 years.
