But why wait 3 years, if any of the brother is a juvenile, he can do it now.
family seems to of ggod aactors ... how much they crib to suck .... if u are brave heart set out to take private revenge other wise u will be termed like politiicans suck on any misery
For Gods Sake will the Rulers ever wake up to the plight of the citizens? Will our Poor and half Starved Voters ever be able to resist the temptations of FREEbies and Liquor and cycles....etc... as also caste, creed, religion and region etc...WAKE UP before it is too late .. Our Social Fabric is coming to Pieces, it has rotten beyond repair... For Gods Sake ...WAKE UP Please before it is too late....Seems India is left with Human Beings without any HUMANITY leftin them.
If a JUVENILE rapes and murders an Adult - All considerations/Pity/Human Rights of our Legal System are in favor of the Criminal. In case a JUVENILE is RAPED there are no considerations/Human rights of the Victim! WHY? If a Juvenile rapes his punishment is NEGLIGIBLE. Then why is the Punishment not DOUBLE or more when a juvenile is raped? in that case too the law favours the criminal - juvenile testimony is valueless in our Courts!(A person who has been raped cannot even legally protect herself!)
..where the victim has to take the burden to fight with the system !!! Any honest person will think, the system will help you when you are in trouble...but the truth is the system will exploit you in such scenario !!!

The system that is supposed to help you in distress is rather creating bigger problems for the victim than the crime in itself.
