Who ever has sponsored the study, let the Election Commission give a fair opportunity to the technical experts to prove or disprove that EVMs can be manipulated. What is their problem?

Well Modi won in Gujarat and has done lots of good work still you people belittle him every single time so the point is you will justify anything that suits your agenda.
Now they will harass him till the time they will prove that he is wrong - and all EVM's in India are the most full-proof machines on earth. and all indian politicians and officers (EC,etc) are the most honest and innocent people on earth. - lets award them for this.
EVMs may or may not be fool proof. It probably uses variety of chips, wafers, gadgetry. It has inbuilt program. This is developed by govt organization. We dont know how reliable govt clerks are. Dip the machine in Soda Fountain for 10 hours, to verify if it still works after that.
If the issue is whether or not the EVMs can be manipulated, then why dont the Govt set up a tribunal to which the parties which says EVMs can be manipulated will demonstrate how they can be manipulated and Election Commission will prove how they cant.. is this not a proper way out?.. in any case only one will be right so let both the parties prove their point of view.. what is the problem???

In that case let them also arrest the ECs since they are morally responsible for it and have again and again spoken about the EVM's which cannot be manipulated. Then let the court decide on the basis of proof by both the parties. Whoever has been proved false give severe punishment so that it is lesson to others.
