Babu Paate! What good is there in UP & Bihar ????? Nobody wants to go there. Even people from UP & Bihar who are staying in South India don't want to go back to these two dirty states.

Abu Azmi is a hypocrit trying to gain some political mileage. He says that he understands Marathi and will try to learn Marathi. Then what was the reason for him to raise this issue ?????

Hypocrisy of Hindi people
by Cool Mahesh on Nov 01, 2009 09:24 PM  | Hide replies

We are not against Hindi. We are against the hypocrisy of Hindi speaking people. They expect Non-Hindi speaking people to learn Hindi, but they will never put in extra effort to speak the regional language when they go to Non-Hindi states.
The biggest example was last year when the North Indian Hindi speaking community agitated against the Karnataka Government's decision to make Kannada compulsory in schools in Karnataka. Even the Indian media was speaking for the Hindi speaking public.
If this is the case, then why do you expect us to learn Hindi ?????

For your information,Hindi is not compulsory in the board exams in the north. You are just trying to make an issue out of nothing for your selfish ends.

For your information, lot of north Indian students are studying in Maharashtra. They gradualy start to understand and speak marathi. This is the case in the South also.So why make an issue out of it.
By the way, why do you study in English. You should ban English completely.
Also for your information China plans to destabilise India by encouraging Regionalism. Raj Thakrey and people like you fit perfectly in their plans.
Just think for a moment.Without India you are nothing. You won't survive for a day.But you may survive for some time if you agree to be slaves of Pakistan and China.

no you are wrong.

Hindi bhashi students rarely bother to learn Marathi.

They think Hindi is national language and superior to Marathi.

This arrogance and disrespect of local language and culture is the problem.

No language is superior or inferior. Nobody has said any such thing.Have you come across any student who has said that one language is superior to any other language. You are actually bent on telling lies to stoke hatred.I have studied in Mahatrshtra for four years and dis not come across a single incident wher any north Indian disrespected Marathi Culture. There are Marathis living all over India. They speak in their language and nobody has objected till date.Your false sense of regional pride and hatred towards others is only filling up whatever little space you have left in your brain.By the way,why don't you stop watching English and Hindi movies.

I have seen Hindi bhashis saying " whats the need to learn local language "

If we speak Hindi we are national, all other language speaking ppl are not.

Such boorish behaviour.

Ppl like Abu Azmi and ppl like u who support him are truly divisive and anti-national

Conspiracy
by brij seth on Nov 01, 2009 09:11 PM  | Hide replies

There is a big conspiracy started by forieng elements to literally divide india into thirty independant countries as per the desings of China, but by some of our so called Indians.Infact Raj Thakere and Abu Azmi are one and the same thing. Both are acting as per the dictates of Unseen Hands which certainly are not well wishers of India. And those talking about the vices of Hindi and talking all good about English also can not be India's friend. Tell me any country in the world which discards their own language and supports English? China is proud of Chinese,Japan of Japenese,Russia of Russian,Pakistan of Urdu then why can not India be proud of languages of India viz Hindi,Marathi,Bengali,Tamil,Telugu,Kannad,Sanskirt etc etc.?

you completely miss the point. Nobody is abusing Hindi, it is the imposition of hindi that will be resisted. And about China, Russia, Japan etc. they have only one language with perhaps different dialects, but India has completely different languages which are alien to each other as Greek is to Japanese. What is common there between Tamil and Punjabi ? or for that matter between Bengali and Gujarati ?

You are right. And what is more, in North Indian states, even in New DElhi, the bus signs, streets and all public services are deliberately in Hindi only making it very difficult for people of other states. No court or media has objected to this.

What is the point in imposing Hindi which is spoken by only 40% of the population on 60% people who are Non-Hindi ??? Why only special status to Hindi ??? What about 22 other official languages ??????

Raj trying Balasaheb's game ,bad try !!!
by shah bhai on Nov 01, 2009 08:18 PM  | Hide replies

Raj will , I have my doubts will live same age as Balasaheb but he will keep trying all the dirty games played by Balasaheb to entice Marathi Manoos.
Offcourse Raj will never become a CM or anything in his present life as per his astrologers but he is trying to put his name ahead of Uddhav Thakrey so that his name will be remembered after Balasaheb.
Well Raj Bhai is no more than a fly in our Hindi speaking India ,so he shud not try anything which is beyond his level. It is like an ANT challenging an ELEPHANT for a tug of war.
he is fit for street politics, Break the Taxis, stop the trains,Name Bombay differently ,nothing more than that. Marathi Manoos is also getting weary of him as he is plundering all the Janta durbar collection in the name of MNS for his own fancy life style.
Well a street level political player he will loot all marathi manoos and quitely disappear one day .
