we should NEVER appreciate pakistan's gesture.. may be it is your loyalty to pakistan in the mask of relgion is speaking!! Grow up and see Pakistan as the enemy rather than sucking up to them!! people like you have sopiled the name of india by supporting or sucking up to Pakistan!!! who cares what Mush says?? looks like you are so caught up in paksitan's love bug! they have done NOTHING but massacres in India!! so spare your praise of paki morons!!

well I cant refuse what you say. they always side indian muslims, never a hindu artitist has been appreciated, becoz Islam forbids such a thing. otherwise I agree that it is due to indian cultural blend people like SRK,REHMAN,SANIA come up.otherwise, pakistan produces Mulla Omer, I have no doubt about this. We all know this, but some people never accept the fact, especially my muslimcommunity.

besides some people criticised Anil Kapur for overacting there at oscar which is right, but then what right SRK had to force himself during the Emmy awards which SDM won, he looked pathetic, drunk and pompously did not properly dress, he knowingly kept his suit and tie in a rotten way, as if he was greater than Brad Pitt,Richard Gere etc. what an arrongant and jealous man this SRK is.

thanks Rasheed for your honesty! i think india is secular or trying to be for the last 60 years and it is not easy though! but hindu, muslim, sikh, christian or buddist ....ti doesn't matter, as long as we look at ourselves as INDIANS and then evaluate WILL help us immensely! look at Preseident Kalam, PM Manmohan, and the list goes on! sorry Pakistan has wiped out a majority of non-muslim population..and it is still trying!!
every time I hear his music or watching him talking, I feel that, I'm in front of a Sufi man, his music magically touch the hearts & souls, congratulation Mr. Rahman ( the saint in the art temple)

My friend...look before you leap..he said he is what he is because of his mother - i hope you know the definition of Mother in Indian Culture. Mother is the epitome of all...Mother Nation...Mother God...Mother life...so his dedication to mother is the highest respect he paid with a single brush...so please reserve your comments...Cheers!! Jai Hind!!

If and when Amir finds out that the awards are result of match fixing and casting couch-ing, he will refuse Oscars too.
When i wrote this message i had tears rolling down my eyes...Im proud to be a Hindustani. Jai ho...You are really great Rahman.....May God give you 1000 years of life....."Ellam pugalum kadavul enra ungalukke" Hats off to you.....I love you my dear friend..
ARR stole the Oscars. It was truly his night. The maestro made not only his mother proud, but India proud with his most deserving win. Congrats to ARR for putting India and Indian Music on the Oscars, it is a historical moment for the country. ARR is India's pride and a perfect idol for millions of youth. I am sure all mothers want a son like ARR. SM brought glory and world recognition to the Indian cast and crew, Indians all over should be proud. Congrats. ARR, Anil Kapoor, Irfan Khan and the kids have found a place in Oscar library for eternity thanks to the movie. I think the haters are simply green with envy. I can understand the frustration of biggies like AB who missed a chance of a lifetime at the Oscars. Anil Kapoor is the Luckiest actor in bollywood.
