Of course these heroines are forced on to us. The worst among the lot is Priyanka Chopa, the most unbearable heroine. And Kajol is the most over hyped heroine. Preity Zinta and aiswarya rai are getting old and they should be trying to latch on to some hunks for shaadi(anyway they are trying!!!!!!!!).
Not really: Rani Mukerji was brilliant as always in Babul and KANK and despite what haters might say KANK was a huge hit in India and the biggest Bollywood grosser ever overseas. That means people watched Rani M and Preity in droves across the planet, and that's where the money is not in India alone. Babul again worked overseas even though it didnt in India. So maybe India is bored of heroines cause the Indian Diaspora isnt! And how can u forget one of the biggest hits this year was Fanaa with a super performance by Kajol? I just think that after Black all performances by heroes and heroines are going to seem second rate. Bollywood just cant match Black performance wise. Stick Amitabh-Rani in a Silence of the Lambs style extravanganza and maybe just maybe we'll get magical performances again.
as compared with hollywood all these stars are nothing but pieces of shits. I wonder what would have happened to these morons had the been in hollywood because then there wouldnt have been ctrl+c and ctrl+v .....
hey plzz...i wud say today heroines r havin gr88 roles to prove themselves compared to earlier heroines with jst dhak dhak songs and dances. the real ones were meenakumari,waheeda,madhubala,rekha,shabana,smita...bt still these days u shd thnk of kajol,rani,kareena,urmila,juhi, bipasha in corporate, fresh kangana,konkona sen..evn vidya balan..ayesha in dor...all have proved they jst need right directors and gud films.
Todays heroines are nowhere compared to heroines of yesteryears. All those old heroines are still charming even though most of them have crossed 50's. Take Hema, Rekha, Rati, Shabana, Maushami, Reena, Smita, Rakhi, Bindiya.... and the list is unending. Seeing at those heroines you could understand easily what does 'beautiful' means. Todays heroines, on the other hand, are just glam girls on screens. One could easily see and mark the difference by seeing Hema Malini and Esha Deol side by side. While Hema Malini still gives really feel of a 'Dream Girl' Esha is nowhere. We going deep into unfortunate era of remixes, indescent exposures etc. Todays heroines do not have even 10% of qualities what old heroines had. Any thing which is only superficial and lacks in quality is going to create boredom surely. It is most sad part of our lives that those golden days of Hindi cinema will never come now. Those dignitaries like Pancham, Rafisaab, Kishor, Sahir, Naushad and so on have gone behind the screen, hence todays topic of discussion has come up. I am sure tomorrow we will surely come up with boring heros as well. Because where are Amitabh, Dharmendra, Jitendra, Pran......?
I dont think people are bored with bollywood heroines... Good actresses always make strong impact in any of their movies like Kaljol in Fanaa and Bipasha Basu in Corporate ... since there are so many heroines coming these days into bollywood who try to show-off their skin and make impact and more people willing to watch movies with fun material, bollywood is not concerned much with heroines...
We are bored, yes ! If boobs and bottoms are the only stuff they have, we are sorry, we have enough of it on the net and much better at that. We miss the scintillation of a Madhubala, Nargis, Madhuri, Rekha. Except for Rani Mukerjee and Vidya Balan it is all boring.
have u forgot the roll of Kajol in Fanna, Bips in Corporate, Kangana Raut in Gangster and Woh Lamhe, how can u say that Bollywood is bored of Heroines? Go away...........
