Sensible idea so far. People should come forward to give up reservation. Give them additional tax break.
The politicians, the ultra rich class plays havoc with the economy of the country. People want money without work. Some political parties are bent on Quota Business as it sells fast. Quota is nothing but buying the votes. I am not against te quota, but merit should not be sacrificed. Look at the status of Govt Schools and Hospital. It tells all the stories of Quota. Politicians must be made to get medical aids from Govt Hospitals and schooling from Govt Schools. Once any facility is given, it is impossible to take it back. It has come to a stage where it can't be reversed. More and more people wants to join the "Quota Band Wagon"! This is the fate of the country. To stop this, we need military rule in the country at least for 10 years.
Give free and compulsory education to people who are financially or socially weak. No politician will do that since they will lose votes in the next election. They get votes only because these people are uneducated. Once education becomes compulsory who will even hear to pappu or mayawati or mulayam.
As per constitution Reservation needed for initial years of independence. However it became political tool. There should be sufficient job opportunities so that every one according to their educational qualification should get jobs. Now a days due to populist politics no one wants to work but need to be in secured jobs. No one available for agricultural work.

Reservation was only for untouchables, Ambedkar put more than 200 castes in quota including his own, later on Kanshi Ram and Mayawati started dalit card and spread hate all over the country.
If Reservation enter in private sector,productivity will not come, it should continue only in govt. dept., that we are seeing thier work culture at at Bank, PF,ESI,IT,Sales Tax, many other govt dept.etc, Purely Performance wise pay revision at private sector. Where as reserved category will not be a good performer at work place.

It must be removed from govt. first, only to those who are below poverty line, it must be first stopped for all those who are paying Income Tax.

And then you people will own all the rights of this job by unsaid reservation:- 1)Politician (MP, MLA, etc)quota. 2)Relative of top official quota. 3)Management quota. 4)Donation quota. 5)Bribery quota. 6)Quota for having same surname and native place. 7)Quota for privilege family.
