Shame & Useless on Reservation in even in Govt. No quota in Pvt and immediately make zero quota in Govt sector as well as in All institution. Those demanding reservation, shall be put in one place with same category doctor and engineer and so called hi growth reserved category people. Govt shall make them realize the consequences.....
It should be made mandatory that the PA/PS/OSD's of President of India, Prime Minister of India, all central Ministers, all Governors of the States, all MP/MLA/MLC of the states should be from SC/ST only.The politician himself does'nt know anything and his assistants no nothing!!!!! This is the only way that these politicians will stop rooting for reservations

if this is what you said then, believe in it. I am in private sector for more than 25 years and i dont think private sector has shunned the job based on cast. So if you have talent then no uppercast can stop you. if you are talented you will grow in private sector. reservation or no reservation.
In fact with this kind of vote bank politics you will destroy the private sector. Think! why after all tehse years we are still talking about reservations? What we need today is not reservations but opportunities for people to educate themselves. Why is that many people from same family from reserved category gets opportunities? Becuase, they are able to educate their children. Why cant we have a law which says that only one person from a family should get government job. That way all will ahev opportunity to earn. Can you do that? No you wont. because, if you do that you will have no issues to raise during elcetions.

I fully agree with you Jadhav saheb. To make simple, if there are 27% reservations, talented people of other cast will compete among themselves to get selected for the job. If all jobs are reserved for other castes there will also be competition among them, because too many people will be chasing for too few jobs. In any case jobs are less than demand.
Has the process of reservation helped the so called socially backward to get into the forefront. I daresay that it has only a created a new class of rich and powerful among the so called socially backward. It has in no way narrowed down this schism. Such opinions are purely for political expediency. There is no sincerity in these announcements.
Dear Sir first of all try to make Free education to all Indian up to matriculation/Xth Standard like in US. The mushrooming Primary education business houses are looting the country
dear politicians. did you for once think who votes for you. if you think politics is power if you think politics is votes if you think politics is all about corruption then you are wrong. 2019 will see a differet picture. caste will be lost.
