FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS BECAUSE OF BAN ON RECRUITMENT STARTED BY THE BJP GOVERNMENT IN THE YEAR 2001 A LOT OF VACANCIES ESPECIALLY IN THE GROUP 'C" AND "D" CADRES ARISED IN EVERY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT INCLUDING INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT. IN ORDER TO RUN THE SHOW, THE DEPARTMENT ENGAGES DATA ENTRY OPERATORS ON OUT SOURCING WITHOUT KNOWING THEIR BACKGROUND OR CREDIBLITY IN A LARGE NUMBER. THESE D.E.O. BECAUSE THERE IS NO PROPER SUPERVISION OVER THEM INDULGED IN SABOTAGE ACTIVITIES LIKE THE ABOVE ACTIVITY WHICH IS GOING TO BE A TIP OF AN ICEBERG. IN FUTURE THIS KIND OF NEWS WILL COME ALL OVER THE COUNTRY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT THE REGULAR EMPLOYEES OF THE DEPARTMENT. EVEN IF THE CAUGHT THEY WILL VANISH INTO AIR BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOLD OVER THE OUTSOURCE DATA ENTRY OPERATORS.

BJP did stop the recruitment in 2001 then came UPA and they were sleeping the whole 5yrs term...Data entry operators will vanish as they are from LALU contingent..:-)..all bogus remarks first look into the procedures being used to deal with these PPL..BJP had stopped recruitment as they were focused to remove BABU Raj and the lithargy of the administration system..Outsourcing is effective when u involve Private firms to do the work efficiently...the monitering aspect is amiss as the GOVT willing allow loop holes in what ever they do..how will India progress...

PLEASE GET BACK YOUR ADVERSE COMMENTS. I HAVE EXPLAINED BRIEFLY WHAT IS GOING IN CENTRAL GOVT. OFFICES AND ESPECIALLY IN INCOME-TAX DEPARTMENT AS I KNOW PERSONALLY SINCE MY SPOUSE IS WORKING IN INCOME-TAX DEPARTMENT. WE ARE FEW AMONG BOTH HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD GOVT.EMPLOYEES. THE GUILTY SHOULD BE PUNISHED SEVERELY.

What a cheeky way to present that Data Entry operators have defrauded IT Refund, camaflouging the truth & reality that so called Officials have in fact abdicated their duty by not evern doing the simple verification of the Bank Ac codes, which are very vital and crucial to ensure proper refundees are paid .

Tax Babus are trying to ACCUSE lowly Data Entry Operators - most likely - Tax Officers and Govt. Clerks are the ones who have SWINDLED the money.
Indian Business School is ranked 15th in International educational institutions; that is the proud moment for India and that is the topmost achievement for any Indian educational institution. Also, it is surprising that Indian Business School overtakes IIMs, IITs like great educational institutions and paltry educational bodies, whose quality structures are in dolldrum, like ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, etc. It is better for INDIAN GOVERNMENT that they should handover the responsibilities of ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI to Indian Business School & link Indian Business School to apex bodies and dissolve ICAI, ICSI, & ICWAI, so that no malpractices will happen in forthcoming bright future of corporate culture. Also, it is also desirable that all charters given to these three i.e. ICAI, ICSI, ICWAI, organisation members should have to be withdrawn permanently. At the moment of charters given to members of these third class educational institutions being taken back all black money will came into the system as white money & no special efforts will be required to overcome economic crisis. Government must have to pay attention to this important issue. ICAI is the institution which is 100% responsible for the parallel economy running in this country. If Ministry of Company Affairs is unwilling to this, then it is the presumption that ministry also part of the fraudulent system & their intentions were not to curb the malpractices but to proliferate the same.

i guess you have studied in Indian business school. Do you know what makes a chartered accountant a professional in accountancy,audit and taxation?.A CA undergoes rigorous study of theory and a practical training of 3 years before he becomes a qualified CA. I can challange that no graduate from any other Institute has got such a strong fundamentals and expertise. These business schools are case study driven. I acknowledge that they have good communication skills. BUt never attempt to compare a CA with an MBA and ICAI with any other Institute in the country.

I guess Anshuman is a product of IBS......remember Satyam also got some prestigious awards from International community...these awards are nothing but GAS....and It shows when a product of such a institute reach conclusions without any fundamentals...Seems to be case of SOUR grapes !!!!

ISB 15th my foot. No Indian management school deserve to be even in top 100. FT rankings are so biased I won';t even use FT as my toilet paper. By the way I am in real top 15 US B school and not fake like FT rankings
