I think IT officer of refund department must be responsible first before the computer operator. IT department must take lesson from stock exchanges that their survelegeces is stronger and very less chances of such frauds.
What could be worst news for me, who is still waiting for this IT refund on the hope that dept used to take time for IT Return. It's whole responsibility of IT Dept to refund whole money in right account on right time. It is the question of faith of people, towards contribution in building nation, if even such faith could not be kept alive then who will save our country. Its hard earned money of people which should not be misused by any one. I am not able to understand whether our government is just to give different excuse for there every wrong deed. It is just torture of people by its own government. Please keep faith alive in our system. It is a voice of youth.
Talking big about superpower and the eradication of everything including human beings and the IT refunds which are so important are en cashed fraudulently and somebody else is enjoying without any arrest. Wow hats off to revenue department! The inquiries will go on and the complainant will be harassed by the police and IT sleuths till he says sorry and refund will never be got. A great nation.

I m workin in IBM Bglore... a guy by the name of Harsha came for 2 yrs & took money for IT Returns from many employess..no one got any refund & since last year has not been seen at all or cant be contacted on fone ,even his office is closed..Anyone else had a similar experience with him?? in IBM or elsewhere
My Refund for the returns submitted in 08 june is yet to come ...THERE shud be a way of checking the status of processed Returns in website if anyone has any idea pls publish the same where we can put in our pan no and submit to know the status of the refunds and the return filed...

I'm yet to get the IT refund for the FY 2006-07 itself. So, be happy that you are in a better position than me.
