these civil service babus are big burden for country. even now they get much higher than they deserve in addition to heavy bribe. why should we feed these MFs with money of common man? dismiss all who dont work properly
Do we need these Revenue Collectors anymore. What we want is efficient administrators, if thats not possible give them to cooperatives or private sector. They could know the people better
this is big trick played by government , as the salary would be hiked and more taxes would be extracted from people's pocket plus since more n more reservations r coming up and most of these reserved category would get entry to all govt. jobs and hence they will get all money indirectly so that later govt can boast off that we did upliftment in backward people society

this year already 71% rise in visa to usa , and the visa quantity has been doubled by usa for INdians only ,becoz all the real intelligent active people leaving India they know this country can't improve ever and any effort is improve will be fruitless , ironically most the people leaving for usa r upper caste people as high as 95% so obviously govt can enjoy with there reservation and we will see how for next 2 decades they maintain growth ,already cracks in growth have started. Britishers while leaving india said this country can't be managed by these people they are too useless and this country will go to GOONS and same is happening .
High time all intelligent people and active people leave india and settle in abroad , opportunities society life is way better than this garbage bin India . leave this nation to all islamist goons n politicians and finally it end up part of CHina or Jihadis one day.
India's tax payers money going in drain with these workless and worthless and lazy fellows. Politicians take turns in curruption (5 years one part and another 5 years another party) but these so called babus are always eating money like anything. even they do not have any responsibilities and threats to their life like IPS. Reduce half of the IAS posts then we can see the india progresses much faster. these babus are ruining india.

It is better to you people to join politics and work honestly for you country....don't just talk try to do it by yourself...you can make the difference...
and what about the sloppy working and 10% commison on all deals. let these jokers deliver first. then Stop begging for bribes. Then stop licking the back side of their political bosses.
come on babaus...... Govt please give this salary provided they work as hard as the IT people do. if atleast half of babus does the work like just a low level trainee in IT does, India will shine even in night. Donot waste more of Govt money by giving this perks....by the way do all babus really work for the bettermnet of the people.....foolish to think for their pay hike.
Just remember the days when Dr.Rajendra Prasad shed his Govt.pay packets saying that how can he take a high pay when his people were living a low standard life or were poor. Now a days, inspite of paying so much salary (enough to lead a decent life compared to many who do not have even their basics)and \"other non taxable ncome\" , are so much wanting every time. There is no end to greed. Moreover, we are the one who have to shell out money in form of taxes and that too, only to be harrassed at their hands at the time of needs? I personnaly feel that our armed forces working day and night for us and guarding our lives,deserves more than these Babus sitting in AC rooms and enjoying good life rather than working for a good cause. What these Babus have done for the family of Mr.Kalia or other martyers who had shed their lives at Kargil battle? I believe the Dummy Government has done nothing for them. They call up we people to join armed forces with lots of \"lust\" shown to us and when the job is over, the common people are dumped into dutbin. Ask these IAS officers to work for Private sectors. Only then they will realise that we just dont have to put great effort to earn for ourselves but to earn for these Babus also. I bet, thses Babus cannot stand a chance against the hard labour we have to put in.

have you ever appeared in any of IAS or its equivalent exam ? If not I ask why? Dear you all people there just talking and doing nothing to make our country shine...If you want change the system then come in to the system and change it by doing the good things ..not by just talking.....I hope you are working in the pvt sector for money only ....If not then you didnt come to public sector and provide your valuable services to the nation......
Narayana Murthy stays much smaller house than an IAS probationary quarters. With these kind of luxuries still IAS and babus are not working. tell me how many of you are willing to work day and night in a room for your earnings?

Many people are ready to work for social sector from corporates with much less salary than present IAS. After IAS what are they doing other than falling on the feet of MPs - criminals. IAS stop learning the day they pass their exams. IAS people never encourage talent of others. Amit explain why they need more salary when they get everything as perks?

From your message I believe you work in the Govt sector. Are you telling me that you could not make any change because your salary is not comparable with the Pvt Sector? Is there any guarantee that after a pay hike you will start making changes? I don't think that will happen. Then there should have been marked changes after every Pay Commission!!!!
