reservation

Once reservation has been claimed by me,that means I have been given opprtunity and I have risen up in life, then why should my children get reservation as I have been given opportunity to raise my children up by giving proper education.Reservation has to be for 01 generation only and not for generations together. The system we are following today will make the unreserved popullation today, underpriviledged in the society leading to an imbalance in the society and we will go 100yrs back

Reservation?

60 years after independence, it is time to think about reservation policy. In the name of reservation, a lot of bright students who do not fall in the 'reservation category'is missing opportunity and it is a great national loss. Reservation is required to some extent and that should now be based on economic basis. The present system will produce a large number of half baked doctors and engineers and so on. If the country has to move forward, we need to encourage EVERY ONE (without reservation) to participate in research and development. Opportunity should not be divided on the basis of cast or creed. It should be on merit.

REPEATED RESERVSTION
by mathew augustine on Sep 15, 2014 07:51 PM

The number of reservations should be restricted so that more and more people can have the privilege. Now what is happening is a single individual get reservations and grands for his studies and reservation for getting a job the reservations for his promotions etc. an average person gets reservations throughout his life and supersedes a otherwise smart student always. So one can choose reservation for studying then maximum for getting a job. After that he should prove himself and have a level play ground for promotions etc.If he doesn't avail reservation for getting a job he can get a chance for promotion. that too only once.

If your idea is implemented a majority of Muslims will become eligible for reservation. This is not acceptable to the fascist/rightwing India.

TN had a great legacy in arts and education..Some of India's greatest scientists were tamils.. Raman, Ramanujan, chandrasekar, G.N.ramachandran. ms swaminathan.. etc etc.. enter periyar and his followers.. they kicked out merit from TN.. they were all cinema people with largely questionable personal integrity.. they spread brahmin hatred...they looted tN, brought in a culture of vandalism , rowdyism, alcholism, populist schemes, tamil chauvinism in TN.. today TN is regressing into a backward state.. all the knowlede based hi tech industries have moved to smaller towns like bangalore, hyderbad..today tN or chennai lag behind in everything

If Colleges started in Taluqs & meritorious given seats/fees, then the whole Country will be educated within 10-15 yrs. That is precisely what our Politicians do not want. Further, if the Govt spends all the money on Schools & colleges, how can our Politicians loot at least 50,000 crores every year? So this is not a viable proposition, as per Govt.
