I dont thnk quota is ever gonna go coz politically the upper c@ste doesnt matter much..and lower caste wont ever accept that quota is not needed coz people with flimsy moral fibre can never give up on t e mpting crumbs of easy access to money and comfort

it is wrong for 2 reasons: 1. It will only benifit a few ppl and once they use it and benifit from it, they (and their kin) have an upper hand among the other quota ppl to use it over and over again. easy example on education, say if you were among the first few ppl to get educated via teh quota system and now have a good job and a good life, you have an upper hand among all the other ppl using the quota system. It is never going to solve the original problem.
2. It hurts the general category the most. It sends out a message that you should be the best of the best, if you are not born to a reserved category. It is totally unfair.
Coming from a city, it is a sad feeling when you see that ppl form the reserved, even though they are better and well off then you, are allowed to jump the line.
Bring uniform civil code. Bring presidency form of ruling. Bring emergency. Make either Dr.APJ Kalam or Modi as president. Let either of them rule for about 25 yrs. There wont be any terrorism, and India can see wonders

I feel icing inside mind, you are supporting this, like wise if more and more guys are coming like you, automatically it will be LOUD, brother
We the Indian must now understand the selfishness of the politicians.They name caste/religion/minority etc and rule us. We feel happy. The people of a particular surname may not be forward or backward like wise the people of a particular religion or class may not be everywhere in minority. We the citizen of this mother India should take an oath that we shall never quarrel. We shall work hard and reach to our target by the help of our hardship and mercy of the almighty.The politicians are also like us they also have to think their own men only our hardship and the mercy of the amighty the father to all can help us and can be better judge with no partiality.

yes but we live in present. So when today when we see reservations we realise that there is a upper caste and lower castes, and discrimation starts again. caste system was not wrong, it was discrimination. the sense of upper and lower caste is wrong and reservation does not eliminate it but streghtens it.

i have seen more india than u i think. my job involves field work. i m now in northeast, where r u now??
.....i am 28 yrs old and i have left india because of the quota system plus i worry that my children will never be judged fairly in this country. i have no intention of coming back and i am not sorry to say so. i am a 2nd class citizen here and i am a 2nd class citizen in india, so there is no difference.

happy to be away from a country where i am judged on the basis of my surname, or if my religion is the "correct" one, or if i belonfg to a powerful political family. you can enjoy india as much as you want and rot in the cesspool of corruption and ostentism. oh, btw, when you have kids and they wanna leave to study in a foreign univ., remember what i said today.

also, i wud like to know what "hard" life you are leading. everybody wants an easy life. i am not going to spend my entire life fighting to get rid of quota and dying in penury or letting my kids come on streets bcos i wanted to improve this country. i am selfish in thinking about my kids and i am not afraid to admit it.

I agree with u. There is no future for our children because of this quota system. Instead of taking steps to curb the quotas, every other day there is a demnad for a certain community to give them quota. The latest being Marathas demanding quota. Govt. in their bid to gain political mileage will distribute these freebees at the cost of of merit.

What is money something the government prints, and what is purpose of making money if prosperity is destroyed. See making money does not mean the benefit of world, it means you got governmental paper with the government seal.. Laxmi stands for wealth not money, wealth includes knowledge. Knowledge means to know what is beneficial what is not and act accordingly, but it seems you are a degenerate, selfish, and single dimensional(only money) as such class are criminals, and define a criminal mind.
