Political parties, like commodities have to be packed properly to be marketed to the consuming masses.Starting with the brand name and ending to the content inside, the mass appeal has to be generated with emphasis on look, feel and satisfaction.BJP failed on all these counts. The name BJP itself sounds as if it is a relic of the past, or a heritage monument and it does not cut with the generation bought up in a new environment.Whereas the INC has inherited a name that transcends the time and is not tied to a legacy of a distant past.It carries a freshness to everyday it exists. The image that the BJP projects is something out of the mythologies and fables told to children by the Grandmas over the years.The characters who are cloaked in the garb of kings and queens and princess.Who move around in chariots.This may appeal to a generation of the past but to someone of the present it has zero appeal.The more down to earth images of the congress suits more to the 20 generation who are the decisive in the electoral process. A comparison of the BJP and the Congress would be more apt if done with the Hindi cinema.Dharmendra,Amithabh, Mithun and the likes drew a crowd during the yester years and still does with a audience of the times.But the present cinema needs Salman,Sharukh and Amir to bring in the crowds to the theatres and keep the industry running.
Bjp lost because we were not bothered enough. now the sycophancy era of rahulji sonia ji priyanki ji has begun and will take a suicide attack to end. muslims consolidated their votes whereas hindus just didnt care thinking that the anti incumbency factor would get bjp the win by default. it hasnt happened and now a nation has been weakened and its reigns thrust into ppl who will sell the country to the highest bidder. shame on all of us for letting this happen

raj i agree with u 100 pc. We must introspect. The only way that the bjp can win is thru a ve campaign of development along with ve and aggressive hindutva. A 2nd line of leadership shud be developed in all bjp controlled states. AGREE. BJP must start its own news channel and news paper that pubishes the truth not congress mouth pieces like TOI, IE, DNA and the other rubbish. It shud also bring out vatican or saudi arabian interests in funding these mewspapers or chnanels if any. The first step for BJP will be to drop oldies like Advani,Shekhawat, and those with old-fashioned ideas like Rajnath . These people are very lacklustre .Advani only wasted his energy and lost respect in the war of words with Dr.MMS .Also stop depending on RSS/VHP and don't play communal politics .BJP refused to change, but Congress was willing to change; and they did some development work in rural areas hence they got a lot of support from there .BJP did not get good support whether from rural or urban areas .And they brought up old issues like Bofors scam which only made people vote for Congress .Vir Sanghvi has explained it all very well .
In my previous blog, I said "I don't want to be ruled by Congress." rather I would have a happy life in abroad which I am enjoing now. But lots of people (Congi supporters) said me looser, abused me, slave...etc.
My question to them:
If some body loose a job due to corruption when both the state and center govt is "Congress" to whom should I blame? Should I blame to BJP, Hindutwa? No..not at all. I am just trying to say how corrupt is Congress govt is. But Congi supporters don't want to listen the real fact. Well that's fine. It's upto them. Now I am in overseas with good job. Then why they are worried about that as if I have done something wrong to go to abroad to eearn my livings? I am sure they must be happy under Congress rull in India/Delhi. Thank you.

Living abroad,I understand the difference where India stands and where the Western world is materialistically.The reason why Indian masses are looked down upon and frowned upon globally.Still can never think of getting back to India,which is full of muck and shit.People there even donot get basic necessities like good roads,24 hr electricity,24 hour water,free health care etc,clean environment and well disciplined people.Are these things too much to ask for?
Ask your rulers is 60 years a too little time to arrange for them?Japan,Germany was devasted in 2nd world war,they built things from scratch in 1945 and India became independent in 1947.Is India anywhere near? Why is it so?Is it so difficult to have good roads,dedicated and disciplined people?Whose responsibility is this?

The writer is very true in bringing about the numerous short comings within the organisational set up.BJP should rise to a level where all communities irrespective of caste and religion will start looking at it as a party which will be able to take them along in the process of the country's development.It is highly essential that the party soon owns some dedicated TV channels which can be used to make the people aware of the various positive efforts being taken by the party for the country's progress.
