Yes, without ANY DOUBT. Dhoni is still an extremely good batsman and possesses great cricketing sense but he lacks the leadership and disciplinary (disciplining others) qualities required of a captain. But he should definitely be in the starting 11.

without disregarding dhoni we should make Gambhir Test captain and Dhoni should retain the captaincy in one day and dhoni should leave t20 to make his cricketing life extend to higher note
what hve myself n u done for this country????? we all can only comment or criticize someone or analyse something......dhoni n gambhir have done so much for our country n also for themselves.......i think we all r really mango people.....we dnt have any talent or guts so that we can do something for our country......shame on us!!!!!!!!
Dhoni failed in England and Australia because of Dravid, Tendulkar and Lakshman. The Trio didnt leave their seat to the younger like Rohit Sharma. So is it the fault of the captain, who was not hard on asking any one of the trio to sit down.

younsters can play 20-20 or can manage to make play well in 50-50, but tests need experience players. I dnt think fresh players can handle test pressure n spend time on crease, itz a diff ball game my dear friend.
I do not understand why we want to replace Dhoni, He is the only CAPTAIN helped India to win in world cup both in 50-50 and 20-20 format. He is also carrying a better win ratio than any other formar captain. He is young and can lead for many coming years.
The idea is itself rubbish. Gambhir NO match to even Virat Kohli. Gambhir has got no Temparament. Further what was the score of Gambir during England and Aussie tour!!!!!!!!!

Who except some selfish players and crooked britishers&westerners care for Boring and Poverty-producing and useless TEST CRICKET and Long duration ranji&duleep trophy cricket,etc??? THIS GAME OF CRICKET WAS INTRODUCED BY CROOKED AND WICKED BRITISHERS LIKE MAKING AND MARKETING OF MAHATMA AND non-violence dirty trick to make all majority hindus mmorrns and ennuchs and cowards forever and the past 64 years shows that the crooked britishers were successful to make us a BANANA REPUBLIC of majority morrons with their dirty games, we must BAN Test Cricket forever and WE must shout that we will not allow Boring and Poverty-producing and useless TEST CRICKET to make us poorer any more. One day cricket or t20 or t30 cricket ONLY must be allowed and THEY MUST BE ALLOWED TO BE PLAYED ONLY ON WEEK-ENDS OR HOLIDAYS so that we do not lose millions of working hours of men and women and youth any more and we do not remain poor forever due to useless and time-wasting and Boring TEST Cricket too.
