Kudoos to ganguly dada
by nirmal coumare on Dec 29, 2010 08:58 PM  | Hide replies

We should all thank ganguly for what our indian team is today.
1. All indian team members playing today are his selection, he identified and handpicked them.
2. Dhoni, yuvaraj, pathan, zaheer, harbajan were all doned by dada.
3. he was the one wo baptised indian cricket after downfall of indian cricket after azar.

Its bcos of old stinky deviated half mouthed pawar who brought demon called creg chappel to demoralise him and indian cricket.

Saurav Ganguly and John Wright had built the nucleus of a great side containing brilliant individuals like Sachin Tendulkar, Sehwag, Bhajji, VVS Laxman & Yuvraj along with hardworking, sincere players like Rahul Dravid, Anil Kumble, Zaks(Zahur Khan), Mohd Kaif, Irfan Pathan, etc. No sooner did Greg Chappel come in Sehwag was out, Saurav was backstabbed, Kaif lost his way, Irfan lost his game, Sachin was boxed into a corner, Bhajji & Zaheer Khan were alos dropped. Greg Chappel almost destroyed the Indian team. Give credit to Kumble, Saurav(who made a comeback), Rahul Dravid(who realized that he would never be an INSPIRATIONAL Captain) and then Dhoni who all contrributed to re-building the team. Do you know who were the interim unoffcial coaches- Lalchand Rajput, Robin Singh and Venkatesh Prasad! Then Kirsten came and added the final touches.
So Saurav's INSPIRATIONAL Leadership & Never-say-Die attitude, Rahul Dravid's work ethic, Sachin's genius, Laxman's artistry, Kumble's craftsmanship, Sehwags's unbridled aggression & Dhoni's Man-management have brought India to its rightful position as the no.1 Test team.

Appreciate the different flavours all these great players have brought to the game!

Has sachin won a world cup for india?
by nirmal coumare on Dec 29, 2010 08:38 PM  | Hide replies

Indians have forgot the team which won world cup for india.
Sachin has played for more than two decades for our country with more than 50 tons in test and more than 30 in ODI with lots of man of the matches to his account. But of what use to the country?
HAS HE WON A WORLD CUP FOR OUR NATION DESPITE PLAYING IN FOUR WORLD CUP MATCHES?
lOOK AT KAPIL DEV,PONTING,IMRAN WHO HAD THE DREAM TO WIN WORLD CUP AND THEY DID IT.
ITS BCOS OF GANGULY CAPTAINCY WHICH LEAD INDIA TO FINAL.
LET SACHIN WIN THIS WORLD CUP AND LET HIM BE AWARDED WITH RATNAS.

Team is good as its every player is..All need to be chipped IN... NO One alone won WC , can not win it alone specially when its a team game...SRT has done his share many many times if the otehr team didnt rise up to the cause then it wont make any difference...So suck it up..He will get BR if Govt of Ind thinks so..The guy deserves lot of appreciation for sure..

Will agree if sachin donates all his match fees from now onwards for the country that he truely plays for the country. I doubt whether iam replying to a moron who knows indian cricket history. thanks

OK MR.Honest Tax payer Do u know there is a clause in Indian Tax code, SRT merely tried to sue it..thats called smart. finally co itself payed the taxes for him too... Now if u dont use all tax saving methods then u r not smart for sure...So hire a good accountant and pay the proper taxes..If u pay more no one is going to award u ...lol

SRT is still one of the highest tax payer in the country...

VVS Laxman has given us many victroies for India with his Solo preformance with Bat, Like the one in Durban.

Now My question: What has been Sachin Tendulkar's contribution in this match in both the Innigings. So all his achivements are for personal records.

Bharat Ratna Award is confered to persons for their contribution to the nation. So, VVS Laxman deserves one.

To all sachin bashers here are the plain stats out of his 50 centuries India has won 24 times, drawn 14 times & lost just 12 times now consider his 50 plus scores in low scoring tests, then on many occassions when the tests have been drawn & sachin has scored 100 or 50 scores most of the time its because of his scores. And ever since Sachin has started palying India has maximum of 45-50 tests and his participation(read centuries) is in 24 tests so this proves that not all his centuries have been wasted.
