congress criticizes bjp for the kandahar incident, and has been the case for the last 5 years. yet, they still dont have a "no negotiations with terrorist" law enacted. they are yet to hang afzal guru.
if they have to criticize nda - then they would have had to sort out the issue before claiming to be holier. now, apparently they dont want to hurt minorities, no matter who the culprit is!

The public of the Republic of India are responsible for all these mess. They are so crazy that they neither able to choose their right leader nor to respect the national heroes (from any field). Indians are becoming socially impotent as a nationhood. A large portion of the people of India are not mature enough to handle democracy.
Imagine that the plane carrying the Indian Cricket team crashed and nobody survived. Does it make any difference to India ?? Imagine a bomb explodes during a joint session of the parliament. Does it make any difference to India ?? Somebody will certainly argue that the second instance will benefit as some of the "dirty politicians" will be eradicated. Who gives the "dirty politicians" to rule us ?? It's we, all Indians, are responsible for our fate.
Pray for both ... this will be an eye opener for the Indians.

Its a shame for India that Politics is screwing the cricket in the country. What difference does it make with the elections...Everyone here knows how that widow sonia gandhi got her votes. IPL went ahead to south africa because everyone wanted to make money out of the game and still it would cost them lot cheaper because CSA would arrange for all the security and in return IPL will pay for 30,000 rooms in hotels and book south african airlines for its tickets....Its cheap politics and sharad powar and lalit modi are supposed to be good friends of majola who that CSA cheif is .....daam politics
A lot of people have criticised the govt for not being able to provide security to the cricket players even at the cost of violence in elections. Actually it must be a ploy of some opposition parties. had the security been diverted for conducting cricket tournament, they could send their goons to capture the booths or manipulate the evms or even ransack the palce where the evms are stored. They are now angry because the Govt saw through their motive and refused security. But why should the cricket players require security? If they need security, BCCI should have hired private security agencies. They should have got private security personnel from the US/UK/SA/Aus etc. If they can shift the IPL then this was also possible.

Why was security infrastructure not improved in the last 5 years, despite so many ter ror attacks and loss of more than 6000 lives? Thsi only proves that the Congress is not serious about improving the security situation.

no economic loss for Indians....you dont have to buy the tickets...its basically a gain....Lalit Modi was supposed to make money as well as the cricketers....not common people....So, what business and whose business are important questions....

Last season, the take out food was flying high in Chennai during game days. This year the vendors have ramped up their production schedule by borrowing money. Now the top guys show the small guys that they don't matter ..... (There could be lot more small business like this affected)

Election is there...vendors can stand outside the party offices instead and sell their products....
Its about Moolah ..lol. How else one can comprehend this miserable mockery of our national interest. We are not interested in watching a chow chow of teams fighting for chow chow of titles. No sir. We want national teams. By the way get rid of all those dumb a**ses who are no way connected to cricket and still in that field. That must be the top priority. We do not want low life business creatures managing our national passion. Give the reins to Kapil , Sunny , Ravi or Dilip.
