If this article is only 50% true, that is suffiecient to conclude Saurav is having some psychiatric problem. He is probably suffering from hallucinations and illusions. Dr.Anant joshi is not the person to certify Saurav's fitness but a Psychiatirst.
Probably chappel is right in claiming Saurav is not fit physically and mentally to lead the team.
I am surprised the way the Bengali (especially kolkattans) support Saurav Ganguly. They should be concerned about Indian cricket, not about a Bengali skipper. Gavskar too supports Saurav. I still remember how Gavaskar stuck to One-dayers like Ganguly scoring one run per over. He had a special locker in Kolkata, did he not?
The game of cricket is full of uncertainties and hence judgments cannot be passed so quickly. I really do not know what are the better options for Mr. Greg Chappell and whether those if there can be guaranteed.
This is one of the most bias article that has come in rediff circulation.Shame.This man has never handled a cricket bat.Ganguly was excellent in Pakistan,on the home series he went in to bad patch and to add to that did not take part in four games so his period of lean session not two years as PANDITS would like to have it.Sunil Gavaskar and even Sachin went in to such phase longer but they are not from Bengal. These people will never become Indian.Shame.
