Time to look for new Talented Youngsters. Players with their past records can no more stay and disappoint the nation. When our neighbors Sri lanka and Pakistan can challenge the world, who are almost 1/10th and 1/4th of our country. We cant provide chances to players for each and every series. There are lots of more talented youth people waiting for their reputation. If a player loses his form let him prove him self in ranji or other national cricket and take his chance in international cricket.
BCCI should form a commitee to rate the layers as what rediff has done. The players with the worst ranks can come back to national cricket and prove their standards. Only in India we give a chance for players to play 250, 300 ODI's and 75 to 100 tests where as in other countries even the top class players like warne has been given only less than 200 ODI's.
All other medias follow rediff and take public opinion for each and every series. Only by then the BCCI can get some kind of pressure to the selection board. If not then we can our next generation can see the same set of players what we see today with the same output.
Rediff should provide an option for the public rating.
Ganguly should be sacked from the captaincy. He has given so much of chance. Let us forget about the past history. Ganguly hasnt done anything in the last 2 years. Its high time, Ganguly be sacked from captaincy. Tendulkar should be the apt choice for the role of captain.
Tendulkar has failed as a captain in early days. But when we think of the quality of the Indian Team, we have lot of star players now when compared to late 90s. So i feel its time to give the captaincy to Tendulkar till 2007 world cup.
Sachin is right cantidate for the captain of indian cricket team. He is very hard worker, inteligent player and able to handle the indian team under all situation. He should lead the team until the world cup 2007 untill we find future captain.

Hi, I don't agree with the ratings. Dravid should be in the first position and kaif is next to him. Opinion reg to the Captaincy of Sourav:- He should immediately pull out. Let's give the chance to his deputy Rahul. There should be some ammendments for the players who is not performing well.
I do not agree much with the ratings. They were harsh for some players like Agarkar, J.P.Yadav and Ganguly. They deserved much higher ratings. Especially Agarkar, he has been always amongst the wickets but the selectors have created a doubt in his mind by dropping him regularly. I think he deserves more chance in this team instead of Nehra who is pathetic in field and with bat.
I think Captaincy should be given to Tendulkar and few chances ahould be given to Ganguly to regain his form. Tendulkar is having great cricketing brain and he knows game better than anybody else in team India...Tendulkar now should accept the Captaincy and should win the world cup 2007 for india..after that he may think of retirement.....
hi we should not rate them right now.let them have the taste of england or australia team and that will be the best moment to rate them.in domestic matches they will enjoy the normal spin of indian player and when they face the pace of lee,jones ,bond they sweat out......asking in their mind when the spinner will bowl.it is the matter of concern for future.in india there should be pitches for bounces and few for spinners.
