I want to convey to the Indian people the bitter truth,
That if you want to be known as a sporting nation or a nation of athletic and physically fit people you need concentrate all your efforts on three sporting events which really matter to sports today:
They are :
1) Olympics (both Summer and Winter) 2) International Soccer. 3) Tennis, (All Grand Slams and Davis cup)
If you leave this out and focus only on cricket then no one will take notice of you losers...
But for his sponsors no one would have recognized a cricket player not even Sachin or Dhoni out side the subcontinent.Most idiotic game played by 22 fools, supervised by two fools and watched by 22000 fools played on a 22 yards surface.
So, what is wrong in the comment of Russian lady, regarding indian cricketer Sachin, we have lots of time to spend on idle sports like cricket, nothing wrong in her observations, as after 5 days test, we end up in a draw...and we Indians has time to while away..
Every body has liberty to be oneself. Soccer - how many of us know the celebraties of that game ???
reeks of childishness...myabe they should en-masse file PILs for "hurting the sentiments" of an entire nations of infantile, tantrun-throwing imbeciles.
As an Indian I like Cricket, Hockey, Football, Tennis etc. But, I do not ignore any player of other sports. Sachin is glaring figure, like Sharapova, long, beautiful, with full of Ace shots. I can not ignore her too.
