no patriotism in congress, the lady madam is not indian. If the main rulers is indian born would have taken 100 percent interest. congress means chaltha hai
much of the hype is due to the chirpy media....particularly Times now.As if overnight...after Kalmadis ouster, everything looks spick and span. Im sure some ugly stuff was there...but some good were there too. but the media as usual...shows the stuff when it suits them...often taking the viewer 4 a ride....like those hindi movies of yesteryears when in a song dresses change many a time... if you have seen todays news all is rosy at CWG....compare with yestarday's pics!!!...these media people are leeches to say the least
We will hope, We will pray, We will wish and all that , somehow the games will happen, some incident may or may not happen. The foreigners will go back, the atheletes will win some and lose some. We will be left behind to lick our own wounds till a new scam hits us and grabs the headlines. Then channels like AAJ Taj, NDTV, IBN7 will show breaking news , we will talk about that, and then the next scam or incident will keep us busy. Life will go ON, we will suffer , keep quite, vote during the next elections (our moral duty , responsibility and all that crap) , new government, new scams, news headlines, poor man suffers and disappears. The politicians get away with murder in this Country. Please stop fooling yourselves by calling this a MAHAAN DESH, a GREAT COUNTRY. This is a Corrupt Desh , a Corrupt Country.

I haven’t seen much of picture, but some pictures which I show look fantastic. I wish if corruption and fall of foot would not have happen then the CWG would have been a prod moment for INDIAN
The Delhites am sure by now are fed up with all the chaos around them, Indians many of us would rather not have the games than face the embarrassment. Why spend all the money and enrich the rich and deprive the poor of their homes, and what happens after the games, the infrastructure will stand there and rot and the games village will then be taken up by the dirty poiliticians for their own gains. The fancy homes will be dished out to those dirty cheats like Kalmadi, Sheila Dixit , Jaipal Reddy and MS Gill. Long Live the Cheats and Shame to India. Life goes on, people will forget all this in the next 6 months and get ready to vote for these lousy politicians
A saga of corruption .. Soon to be forgotten soon...Waiting for new scam to happen... Telgi scam was the biggest in India .. followed by commonwealth .. No punishments .. Every month we are taxed to be misused by these politicians .. I am am angry as I pay my taxes from my salary and Indirect taxes goverment on everything I buy right from medicine to a biscuit or petrol. Where does the tax money go in swiss bank accounts of these politicians . I do not want to watch any telecast of these games or read about them . It is more joke on crores of poor Indians to give these beggars their votes . I only wish no indian should watch this stinking games. I also want to set fire to Delhi Development Authority (DDA) building in delhi and all PWD (public work department ) building in India every Indian should burn these PWD buildings and DDA offices . We do not need PWD office .

Katy,i don't think that is the right way to think. You might be frustrated but don't think about burning public properties.. If you really want to see changes,come to main stream politics.

I will not be allowed entry in politics. I am not corrupt . I do not fake bills in my organisation . I lived in sub standard DDA flat for 5 years . When I complained to vice chairman DDA . They came and broke the walls and left everything in a bad shape. The bricks of any DDA flat in delhi can be seen as there is no cement or concrete put in these flats . People live in DDA flats as due to govenment monopoly on uncalimed land location is good. When PM who sits in delhi cannot take action against DDA . What does citizens do. Looks like you have never been to sales tax office or excise or income tax office. You will have thoughts of killing these sales tax /income tax and excise officials . You will feel like burning DDA office also killing these corrupt people also . I will join naxalites rather than join politics
I seriously wish the Games go really well. Please stop criticizing and degrading the games. Media, i think need to be more responsible. I would suggest any media coming with fotages or snaps to put the dates and air the same. Here most of the media are putting 5 month back snaps and degrading the games. Lets us all stand together, forget the differences and enjoy the games.
I feel it is very unfair to put all the blame on kalmadi. It is his tenure IOC chief which fethced us the games. The total expense, including the DDA infrastructure, games facility and the CWG village is accounted as 70,000 Crores. But i see people saying there is corruption worth lakhs of crores. I am not saying there might not be any corruption, let us all forget it for the time being and think about a very good games with India doing good in the medal hunt and come back to the other topics once the games are finished....Jai Hind

can some body provide us statistics,how the asian games village built in 1982 helped,the young athletes of our country.and what plans do our sports ministry have for the new CWG village, after the game is over. Its our money, we have all right to know how it is to be used.
Now media or rediff!!Remember now, Games are hapeening and lets cover positives..Any stray thing..media people help in managing the things...rahter than finger pointing...

If Indian media was not there good or bad . then these politicians would do crimes we cannot imagaine. Yes they are cheap but we need them .

And let the wastage/loot continue.Rs 70000 crores which if shared by poor indians(bpl people-700 millions),ach one wud have got Rs 1000/-.the priorities are wrong. who is more fooler than indians,spending Rs 70000 crores and getting bad publicity also.whom we are trying to fool that india is a great country.every one knows that india represents-dirt,filth,crowds,lawlessness,hunger,poverty,malnourishment,child labour,corruption,no morals,cheaters,looters,crook politicians,bad roads,no electricity,no water,pollution etc.
