god help India from writers like this
by India International Travel Mart on Oct 05, 2010 11:14 AM  | Hide replies

these are the kind of writers...who if invited into the Buckingham palace..the first place of visit would be to the toilet, to find out how dirty is the colour of the queen's poo..

God help India from these educated jokers, who take refuge in being the 'cynic pervert'

True. The joker could not figure out that the concept of helium aerostat is indeed novel & unique & technologically far more sophisticated. This itself reflects a part of modern India

The grand opening ceremony of CWG was a real slap on the face of the Indian media, which was trying its best to tarnish our image infront of the whole world, for reasons best known to it.

I dont think so. Just few months back we all evidenced the spectacular opening ceremony at South Africa FIFA. That was awsome. This was no where near.

We don't need to spend thousands of rupees to start show respect to our culture.
not sure how can a 50 crore imported balloon add to respecting "our" culture.
Misplace priorities and a bigger case of misplaced brain in that skull!

Right Mr Dev
Bloody in India. Why people have habit of criticizing everything we do.
U Know because people have less work to do.
and our media has done lot of damage to us in the name of 'freedom to press'. Especially in the field of education. Media has become complaint box now.
All private channels should be banned if u want to grow like china.

Jealous media
by Dinesh Chawda on Oct 05, 2010 11:08 AM  | Hide replies

It is proved that the media failed to get the clues of such extravagant programme and to hide their failure they are simply hunting for negative sides only. Indian middle-class generations are not nurtured by Ekta Kapoor. It is a creation of your bias media. Its a totally negative article.

500 crores was reported to be spent for opening and closing cermony.
I don't think any more indication was required that it should've been spectacular.
Its a reaqlistic article.
and ur reaction shows abt ur apathy towards the poor Indians.

500 crore or 700 crores. The amount was not only spent on this programme. It was spent on infrastructure airport development, road, railway traffic, security etc. Our Manmohan singh will not allow such a huge amount for a single day ceremony.

hahahahha
U need to get ur facts straight - its 500 crores just for opening and closing ceremonies.
I guess U don't know how much was the total expenditure including infrastructure - in tune to Rs 50000 crore.
count the zeroes carefully. and start reading newspapers more.
Thats the biggest joke of the day - total 700 crore on Infrastructure for CWG hahaha....I guess ur still in ur teens or atleast ur brain is... for sure :).
The best advice to kids like U - consult daddy before opening ur mouth or using the net..
