Except for game 1&8 vishy outplayed topalov in every equal middle game positions..His understanding of any positions and chess in general is truly unmatched by any active player today..He does not have any particular style like topalov..but finds the best ideas in any positions...

Probably they have some crickter in mind while using `arguably' IN the sentence. In spite of the fact that 100 million watch cricket (of course, the entire 100 million from India only), please remember that just 8 countries play the game seriously. There is nothing global about it. Hence, in spite of Mount Everest like personl records, no cricketer is a patch on Vishwanathan Anand when it comes to achievements in the sporting arena at the global level. Hence, let us simply say: ANAND IS THE GREATEST SPORTSPERSON INDIA HAS EVER PRODUCED.
