Because of RESERVATION even the best in the private industry bows down his head and looses the respect before his or her family members AND HIS OR HER IMMEDIATE SOCIETY when laid off in private IT industry from project or from the industry, so where will the energy come in these HIGHLY qualified people who are FAILING to balance THEIR SOCIETAL LIVELIHOOD in the society SO THEY HAVE ONLY OPTION TO Migrate from this system so RESERVATION is the biggest flaw in the constitution, today Bangladesh removed it
RESERVATION IS ACTUALLY PROMOTING CASTEISM BY FORCING THE GENERAL CATEGORY TO work in caste based profession so it is promoting more casteism in the society so remove reservation in its totality

Nowadays all general category excellent performers are also seen as unstable job holders with fear of every project to project jumping with fear of lay off in software so the excellent is also gets bowing down his head when no project in IT industry and looks like a failed person before his or her family so you can think what a pity the reservation it is. please remove this RESERVATION in its totality the govt in our very neighbour bangladesh has already taken this step why not in INDIA, are we so inept

What AMBEDKAR did not think of was if general category BECOMES endangered the next impact will be on the hindu religion itself and SLOWLY other vested interests will take over
Deprived Dalits should Fight against Creamy Dalits and Not against Non dalits; Non dalits have suffered a lot and Creamy Dalits are progressing at the Cost of non dalits, IF BENEFITS TO CREAMY DALITS WILL BE CONTINUED. pOOR DALIS ARE GOING TO REMAIN AS IT IS. POOR DALITS MUST GET THEIR RIGHT BUT FROM CREAMY DALITS AND NOT FROM NON DALIT POOR

No reservation for Creamy layer in SC/ST or OBC, Reservation if required should granted to weaker section in SC / ST or OBC.
