for how many more years you will cry SC / ST / DALIT .. pls stop this nonsense . after 70 years you still want reservation and more and more groups want to join this reservation tribe .. this indicate that this scheme is utter failure . its time to stop this . I have personally seen that educated SC /ST have benefited from this and now their children will reap its benefit. rest are remain where they were 50 years back with no education . and their leaders ask for more .
So much injustice is going on for Dalits/SC/ST/OBC i can see it on roads , towns, villages, cities everywhere. There reservation quota should be increased to 100%, it does not matter what ever there financial background is, if they are tagged with above all they need is upliftment . It does not matter whether their parents are bureaucrats, what is important is getting tagged and getting uplifted.
As it appears now-a-days that in Indian most of the States are self reliant, and selfish gains for prompting minority castes, scheduled castes, scheduled tribes etc. for their voting gains to twist innocent voters towards their side and earning huge crores of rupees for their families prosperity and self gains like RLD Party, SP, TRS, DMK, Andhra Pradesh etc. which should be abolished by the Central Election Commission henceforth, as 2019 is approaching very fast, like TRS government is promising more percentage than as prescribed in the Indian Constitution, therefore, it is essential to call for all State Governments CMs including UTs and give strong warning to them, that there is no provision in the Constitution of India to change the reservation policies - 50% for OCs (Forwarding castes), remaining for minority, sc and st - states should not be given powers to change the reservation policies according to their wish and whims. Further, Central government is sanctioning funds from the Central treasury to the State Governments, UTs for the specific purpose but they are spending for their own purpose as it is their own money- they should not forget that the central funds are Tax amounts by the tax payers. If they are doing so, why they are afraid to submit Utilisation certificate to the Center with full proof of documents and evidences, otherwise they should be sent to Tihar jail.

Can you explain which are the benefits being given to Minorities than the majority. They are also being classified based on the community only.
Still a wrong belief or allegation is being made as if voters are supporting their community/religion only or for money power. In general most people are voting based on the party and its leaders' popularity.Could be defended with so many examples - However people are used to fail.

I CONDEMN THE DESCRIMANTION- BUT HAVE SEEN THE ATTACK OF SC ST ASSOCIATION ON UPPPER CASTE IN RURAL AREA WHO TAKEN OVER THE LANDS AND BULINDGS BY FORCE WITH BLACK MAIN THREATING THE ATROCITY CASE- EVEN THOUGH COURT HAS GIVEN ORDER FOR RETURNING LANDS TO THE ORIGINAL OWNERS. IT IS THE REAL STORY OF THE PEOPLE WHO ARE VICTMISED BY THIS LAW. GIVE JUSTICE TO YOUR BODY

Mr Shah when we speak something reg discrimination - would be nice to speak of known facts within our state as discrimination differs from place to place, state to state.
It is a known fact that discrimination cannot be seen in very big towns and metros and it prevails more in villages and among poor of different communities where literacy is poor. We do not like a wrong person though he belongs to our own community/religion. Colleagues and friends are being allowed freely to our houses irrespective of any community/religion. This is the practical fact. Though Love on a girl/boy of equal status of any community, though parents allowed the society does not allow. People are afraid of society to which they belong.
Discrimination among the cast should be abolished. Also instead of cast Reservations , reservations should be based on the Economic Status irrespective of Caste.
Religion can only flourish when each believes in it from heart and soul. The professor has given new dimension on survival of dharma. If low strata people started to think that they does not belong to a particular religion and looks out for reasons to go out of such kind of dharma then, survival of such rigid dharma can possibly and gradually go towards extinction! We need to remember that more than 30 crore people of this country are from scheduled caste and scheduled tribe.

It is a great example some 400-500 years ago, Catholic (Christians) were divided into two due to severe opposition by one Martin Luther King. Catholics were very rigid in their religious followings (then)and Martin protested for 95 points which split the religion to Protestant. Even now Catholics are firm that Christian means ONLY Catholics - others are being considered as non-christian, even they follow whom catholic follows. Even now classifications are there like Rich with rich, middle class with middle class and poor with poor. Though hatred is not more if a girl/boy is chosen for IAS/IPS nobody bothers about the status, community and affluent.
Equality, liberty, fraternity, justice, struggle, constitution, caste system, discrimination These were the ideals of Dr. Ambedkar. But, In 2013, Modi said his government would be of Dalits and OBCs.' 'During his tenure, the highest number of atrocities have taken place.'These are quotes. The PM changes his opinion to be in the limelight always.
the leaders are creating the divison among us. reservation should be abolished. it is creating divison. the people demanding reservation and the people who follows should also see the second half of the coin.

As long as social and economic inequalities are experienced, the reservations cannot be done away. Still we experience a lot of disparities and the down trodden people should be brought up with no second thoughts.

GIVE US EXAMPLE WHERE IN THE WORLD THE ECONOMIC INEQUALITIES DOES NOT EXISTS, WORLDS 90% WEALTH IS OCCUPIED BY 10% PEOPLE, SO THE REMAINING 10% WEALTH ONLY CAN BE DISTRIBUTED AMONGST THE 90% EQUALY. WE ARE QUARALLING WITH EACH OTHER FOR THE REMAINING 10% , HA HA HA
