No reservation for Creamy layer in SC/ST or OBC, Reservation if required should granted to weaker section in SC / ST or OBC.
Ambedkar constitution is outdated and it should be changed according to present situation in India.Ambedkar who written the Indian Constitution,himself prefered the reservation system on cast basis must be for a period and not ever.
No govt can continue such divisive policy for ever. If benefits are there Dalit will continue to be Dalit even if he is we’ll educated n wealthy....now a days many Dalits are going abroad n doing we’ll... they are not getting any benefit... only in India there is Majority Minority, Dalit etc...
when he belongs to RSS who is for atrocities and harassment of dalits and lower caste hindus how can he possibly do anything otherwise...his organisation if is in power will never allow another ambedkar to be born...
Can Dalits be Raised to UpperCaste Standards in 25 yrs?
Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that. I agree that HHinduism is more secular than any other religion in the world, but it needs a more methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
To uplift Dalits, first impose authoritarian and then:
1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5% (or just do not revise their salaries for 30 years). 3. Order all Dalit gov employees to take monthly English tests and to score min, failing which they lose increments. 4. Make it mandatory for all Dalits taking min number of English tests and scoring min, before they can use their reservs certificates. 5. Teach only English, local language, maths from Class 1 to 5. Teach history, science, etc only after Class 8. 6. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands). Train them well in western and parallelly with Indian manners (but keep them away from bad habits of the West). 7. Instill achievement-oriented thinking & attitude among Dalits.
Above 7 steps can raise Dalits to UpperCaste standards in 25 yrs.

One most important point has been missed out,i.e. Stop all types of RESERVATIONS. Of course the people not able to educate their children may be supported Financially.

ALTRUISM WAS THE ACTUAL IDEA BEHIND AMBEDKARS RESERVATION POLICY AS PER DARWINS SURVIVAL OR EVOLUTION THEORY ALTRUISM IS A PROCESS which is about "survival of an PARTICULAR SPECIES at cost or diminishing or destruction of other SPECIFIC fellow beings IN THIS CASE THE GENERAL CATEGORY " SO IN THE CASE OF RESERVATION HE WAS TRYING to gain extra mileage FOR HIS COMMUNITY at cost of putting system AND OTHER GENERAL CASTE at an DISADVANTAGE AND SLOWLY MAKE THEM AS AN endangerED SPECIES

Now in the context of "Satyameva Jayeta" which means "TRUTH ALWAYS WINS" which is agAinst RESERVATION (RESERVATION IS AN FALSE ACT OR ALTERNATE OF TRUISM I.E. CALLED AS ALTRUISTIC ACT) I.E. RESERVATION LIKE POLICIES MUST LOOSE BEFORE THE TRUISM WHICH IS OUR NATIONAL EMBLEM "SATYAMEVA JAYETA" WHICH IS MUCH BIGGER THAN ONE OR TWO WRONG POLICIES IN THE CONSTITUTION AMENDED FROM PAST PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW
Is Dr. Ambedkar was expecting? In his opinion reservations to Dalits to be for fifty years from 1950. but congress had used Dalits to win elections. and used this act to keep Dalits permanently Dalits, and avoided them to becoming non dalits. it is a pity to criticize Modi on this issue, Dalit leaders should come forward and say no we do not want such acts.
Look at how he's whining when he says "Brahmins and Banias are beating Dalits intellectually in offices and industries".so what does he want? everyone in the upper caste to not use their brains and not compete despite getting no freebies from their own government. This useless fellow and his ilk want to enjoy fruits of reservation and all kinds of freebies(i.e. fixed govt jobs, legal protection etc) with no brains or capabilities..and are happy to see deserving treated like second class citizens in their own country..although I don;t believe in caste based discrimination and casteism but reservation is like responding to an injustice with injustice...economically disadvantaged people should be groomed in a govt sponsored programme (similar to Super 30 by Anand Kumar)but there should be no reservation. Reservation must go if India has to truly progress.
