Rediff is bent upon ridiculing the government. The motive is unknown. Even for a supreme court judgement they are pinning it on the BJP govt. Facts and figures to counter the arguments of both have put forth and then the court gave its order. Unlike AAP, the government cannot criticize the courts orders.

Yes. I do agree with you. Rediff is most biased and third class channel backed and paid by Congress. It is one of the most hopeless site having any good knowledge and information. It should be closed.
Bias prejudice insult dictum and all ills are faced by upper caste by so called now upper income group of SC,ST and backward, at least their right even for reservation must go, Fed up from this discrimination.
This converted Christian having become a self appointed messiah of so called Dalits forgets that there is NO DALIT identity in India BVO Ambedkar's constitution whose future he rues. The overtly discriminatory provisions of the act hang constantly as a sword of DAMOCLE'S over the heads of nonSC/SCs,who live in constant fear of landing in jail without bail. However any SC/ST can abuse/insult any non SC/ST whenever he can;the victim can never have justice done to him. Of my personal experience in the noble professionI have been abused about my caste origins in the vilest language/intimidated/assaulted for no reason;I don't practice caste divides,but had no chance of redressal.

I understand opposition led by opportunist Sarad Pawar, Mamata Bano, sickular Congress plus leftist , by hook and crook want to grab the power using whatever card comes in their hand. The motive of writer is very clear anti Modi and anti India.
This guy and many of his ilk and politicans speak Dalit day in day out. They make aliving out of Dalit card. Sc is on the right tracjk. Giving right to Dalit does not mean others have to sacrifice their rights. It is only coz politcos are sow orried about vote bank that these Dalit champions get so bold. They need to be shown their right ppkace . I India everybody has rights Dalits are not something special.
The author of this post is anti national. MAny many cases people have used this as a tool for blackmailing. Even I have been threatened several times. What is wrong if actions are taken after thorough investigations. If equality is expected for SC/ST then equality must be extend to non-SC/ST too. Am not protecting non-SC/ST, but we must stop its misuse.
if Modi is not defending SC/ST Atrocities Act it is Good. This SC ST people not wants to be Equal to Rest of cast but they want to be on Top of every one , and that is without any working. Look at how he's whining when he says "Brahmins and Banias are beating Dalits intellectually in offices and industries".so what does he want? everyone in the upper caste to not use their brains and follow this useless a**h01E who wants to enjoy fruits of reservation (i.e. fixed govt jobs) with no brains or capabilities..and let deserving be treated like second class citizens in their own country..although I don;t believe in caste based discrimination and casteism but reservation is like responding to an injustice with injustice...economically disadvantaged people should be groomed in a govt sponsored programme (similar to Super 30 by Anand Kumar)but there should be no reservation. Reservation must go if India has to truly progress.
