Its the Kerala Advocate Assn which is communal to take case of Uttarkand Judge because he is a Malayali Keralite nad not MOdi . Another Hindhu name of Indu Malhotra is also pending. No takers for her cause.

All this is a non-entity. What is required is who is the fastest in disposing, who is pro-active to reduce various vacations and holidays to Courts which is delaying justice. Justice delayed is int0t0 justice denied, whether criminal or civil or specially 'financial; where India is an epitome of frauds. If separate SCs are devised for these, would be great help. Specially, economic offenses are highest in India, and the amount involved if all referred to runs into 100 trillion rupees. Hence no delay can be tolerated.
