Men in black crying justice delayed
by uday shankar on Feb 23, 2018 07:06 AM

Strange laws and rules. Advocate Sukumaran N the first signatory should have thought before signing the petition. How many suits are closed within a short time. Juctice K M Joseph can wait like all suits in all courts.

Justice K M Joseph had dismissed BJP's decision to oust Uttarakhand Congress government when they had majority. That's all. He will not pass judgements as per BJP's requirement.

Government is to be given time to decide
by ramesh vasudevan on Feb 22, 2018 11:24 AM  | Hide replies

Present government is elected through democracy and sitting there for 3.75 years. If collegium is recommending some Judge ,government is to be given sufficient time to justify its decision. If Collegium is expecting government is to act upon immediately and expecting transparency from other all institution, Judiciary is the first institution in India without any transparency. Are they ready to reform? Actual answer is "NO".So Judiciary is creating issues at their convenience. It is one of the most corrupted /inconsistent institution.I am not sure on why they are working only on 5 days a week; April and May - Holidays; Diwali - 7 days holidays; Pooja - 5 to 7 days holidays; Christmas - 10 days holidays; All state as well as Central government holidays; Working hours just 10.30 to 5(6.5 hours - 45 to 60 mins lunch); No consistency in Judgements; No time bound for completion of cases; No CCTV ; No recording of Trials; No implementation of IJS & NAC....It is high time for REFORMS...

Yes all judiciary must come under purview of democratic norm and transparency. Enough is enough, under the nose of each judge, Readers and Peshkar take daily bribe in lower courts.

But BJP decided to dismiss Uttarakhand Congress government when it had period and majority. Justice K M Joseph had dismissed BJP's decision to oust Uttarakhand Congress government because they had majority. That's all. He will not pass judgements as per BJP's requirement.
