Appreciate govt. silence, all those who approached Press and abused their seats must be barred to get any promotion. They are prejudiced, biased and people at least have lost faith in them. Time is to take correction where democratic values should be more important to bureaucratic approach.

The converts are not automatically easy push-overs, greedy,ignorant and lacking any strength of character. In most cases, they are sincere in their quest, studious, and carry convictions which invite much persecution and hatred. I think it is incorrect to treat ourselves as on a higher pedestal than those converts, especially when they are fully patriotic, nation-loving, and gifted people in important areas of life. If we honestly conduct a study of a 2000-year history of our own beloved country, we cannot escape concluding that we are people influenced by many different cultures, religions and beliefs from time to time. In fact, if we believe that some of the rulers were low on morals and did things which we describe so vociferously, then chances are that people have actually been carrying those things in their very blood. That should be a sobering thought.

In fact, the religious identity - that stupxid Indian commoners, especially north Indian ones, set great store by - is not a fraction as real as the class identity !

His name blares out that he is a Christian. Ours is an English based judiciary, which in turn is based on five thousand year old Judaic-Christian law. The problem with such Christian people is that over and above other things, they have a strong Christian ethical and moral leanings. Perhaps, if the yogi CM sends a name of a "sant", that name may be forwarded promptly. This is no criticism, but a plain fact.

If you can apply your mind, you will see easily enough that the religious identity does not really define a whole community by way of ethics or morality or any such thing !
There are hyndu thieves, muxlim thieves and chrittin thieves !
Similarly there are hyndus as well as muxlims as well as chrittins who do not steal even if given a good chance to do so !
As I said, the religious identity does not really define a person. It is only an emotive identity that the mind associates with owing to generations of conditioning.
This is not the case with the mother of all identities - the class identity !
There is nothing remotely as real as the class identity !
Raxcial identity - that defines what your physical traits are - comes a distant second in strength as an identity !

Class identity is a label. Racial identity is not sacrosanct either. They both have changed and keep changing. We wouldn`t have another religion, if there was no change or conversion. The converts are those who think and act. Others carry on, and start drawing false pride in status quo.

How many times Kerala advocates association has taken such a stand in the past in case of the appointment of Justice ? I think , it is first instance when they are showing comradeship to award wapsi gang- group judges, after all they belong to Communist Kerala, it is more due to political reasons then due to legal reasons.

Do this people has ever lodged protest against delay in justice to the common people ? If the courts, their judges and the advocates take their own time to dispose of the long pending cases, they should not have any complaint if the government take enough time they want to recommend the case. Let them protest wherever they want. They can not dictate their terms with the government .

In he October 1917 revolution in Russia, a similar unrest was there. In 1955, Mao became a ruler. Both Stalin/Lenin and Mao were absolutely cruel but believed that the dialectical socialism demanded that. That China is now a strong, disciplined nation. We in India must have development WITHOUT that sort of regimes. It is possible eg.the US, Europe etc. The only difference is that these nations have a deep-set moral and ethical values in their hearts which surely we in general do not and did not have.

Boys from this so-called association....the Govt has to factor in lot more information, including security of the nation, that the collegium does not have to worry about. This is a point that the Govt made it clear in the Memorandum too...that the Govt can withold till all security clearances are obtained. We do not want a disaster like that Judge Kannan, or recently the corrupt HC judge in UP HC. So stop being a political-racial-communal tool that you guys in Kerela politics thrive in...and let the Govt do its due diligence. As simple as that. Justice Joseph is the one who stayed the dismissal of the Uttarakhand Govt by the Central Govt & passed severe strictures against the Central Govt for behaving in a unilateral & unprecedented manner. Mukul Rohatgi the AG was given a reprimand by Chief Justice Joseph. The President at that time Pranab Mukherjee was left shame faced as he did not check the veracity of the case & blindly signed on the file. The second reason is even more sinister as Justice Joseph is a minority & the RSS is dictating terms to the Govt & wants to appoint only sympathisers to the top most court of the land. This could have serious ramifications & the Supreme Court should take cognizance of the fact & haul up this Govt.

Justice joseph is a communist stooge. That is why the kerala association is protesting even though he is the chief justice of uttarakhand. These communist guys are mad that their fellow is not being approved. Once they bring him into the SC, they will then start harrassing the BJP from the supreme court. better to send just justices t o the district courts.
