The only way to raise Dalits to UpperCaste Standards in 25 yrs!!

According to Karma theory of HHinduism, those who accumulate negative Karma due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower orders in the 4000-year old Birth-based caste system. This is fundamental to HHinduism though rightists try to deny that. I agree that HHinduism is a highly secular religion, but innovative methods to change this old caste evil.

To uplift Dalits, first impose authoritarian and then:

1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies & villages. Just teaching English from Class 1 to 7 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5% (or just do not revise their salaries for 30 years).
3. Order all Dalit gov employees to take monthly English tests and to score min, failing which give them negative yearly-increments (until they improve). Remove better off SCs & STs from reservns.
4. Make it mandatory for all other Dalits too taking min number of English tests and scoring min, before they can get and use their reservn certificates.
5. Teach only English, local language, maths from Class 1 to 7. Teach history, science, etc only after Class 8.
6. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands). Train Dalits well in western and parallel Indian manners.
7. Instill achievement-oriented thinking & upward-mobile attitude among Dalits.

many inefficient persons of S C

hide under the umbrella of threat of SC/ST act.
How long this draconian act will continue in Urban areas, in offices, in institutions etc.
once SC is recruited , no one can instruct him to work, if he is willing he will work or if unwilling to do work, he will refer the SC/ST act and if you still insist, he will not mind to falsely implicate you under this act, using caste based abusive language to insult him.
And the result is fatal for the non SC person.

continue backward hindus and dalits atrocities and not give them justice and these things will happen...ekbote and bhide should have been arrested immediately...but bhide kept asking for anticipatory bail...after twice his bail got rejected he at last succeeded in getting one in SC...milind ekbote was arrested by police and got 2 weeks custody...but seeing the truth will come out cm phadanvis stepped in declared ekbote innocent and told police to release him

on top of this sc takes away the teeth in atrocities act...the dalit anger was totally justified...

There is a cocept called EARNING IT
by auryas on Apr 04, 2018 07:52 PM

In a mature society ( especially in the Europe), there is no SHORT CUT or BACK DOOR. You want some thing , you plan, work hard, be honest and persevere.

The thing that makes a third world country is not it's GDP or Industrial development or it's reserves.
It is the attitude and mentality of people that makes 3rd world country.

In India , when you catch a thief, he will not talk about his crime. He talks about others who are doing it and protests for their nabbing first. That is our natural defense mechanism we developed over years of being pampered by scoundrels and scum bags in politics.

Latest example is ball tampering in cricket. In a country like Australia for example, resorting to shady means , crooked ways to get some thing done is looked down up as a blot on family. The society outcasts him or her. They are shamed and left to suffer for the mistake for life. We , in India mock and make fun of these things.

We , In India are masters of short cuts and back door entrants. There is nothing called shame in our society. What matters is how effortlessly you achieve some thing in life.

This one difference makes the west stand apart from societies like us.

The seeds of hatred have been sown too deep
by auryas on Apr 04, 2018 07:41 PM

The seeds of hatred have been sown too deep in the psyche of this country. It will be long before a dialogue at par can happen on issues that matter most.

Indian history is like some one's harem. Every one doctored it according to their needs. Added fiction, folk lore and adventure to spice it up.

It boils down to the question. Does a person in India want to work hard , be honest and abide the law as an individual and not harp on others not following it ? Long shot.

The generations of the yore sacrificed their careers, good living, comforts and security to pave way for a nation of ingenuity and enterprise. But they never imagined that their sacrifices went in vain as this country got stuck in it's fictitious history and trashy argument on who invaded who and who oppressed who ( there by strengthening that fiction so as the future generations could use it to continue the fight).

It is a natural selection. Our forefathers knew it. So they created unambiguous social framework which they maintained using morals and ethics as their guiding principles.

Any type of power - be it power of speech, expression or governance when in the hands of undeserving, unfit and unqualified people will destroy the society - the thing currently happening in India. There is no remedy for this disease.
