In India the Caste of a person is identified by Surname. What was the surname of Rama , Krishna , Kalidas , Bhavabhuti , Chandragupta , Chanakya , Valmiki , Ravana , Hanumana ? Any answer ? Scrap the surname system immediately.
you wll write anything ? what about conviction rates in rape cases, riot cases, murder cases, even ordinary theft cases. why single out this only - cheap gimmickry. nation needs salvation not destruction, Mr Mayank Jain. and why dd you burn private cars and motorcycles and do other mayhem?
If the conviction rate is 25 & 20 % which means that the cases are not standing court scrutiny. Which raises the fundamental question if all the cases are genuine in the first place

Conviction rate in crimes against women is 19 percent. All India conviction rate is 21 percent. So what is the inference?
The only way to raise Dalits to UpperCaste Standards in 25 yrs!!
Birth-based caste system, according to which people who carry bad Karma accumulated due to sins in their previous Janma are born into lower castes, is fundamental to HHinduism, though some try to deny that. I agree that HHinduism is more secular than any other religion in the world, but it needs a more methodical attempt to change the 4000-year old birth-based caste system.
To uplift Dalits, first impose authoritarian and then:
1. Impose strict family planning—2-child policy among Dalits.
2. Open English-medium schools in all Dalit colonies. Just to teach English from Class 1 to 5 does not cost much or need big infra. This can be easily achieved by reducing the salaries of our useless GovtEmployees by 5% (or just do not revise their salaries for 30 years). 3. Order all Dalit gov employees to take monthly English tests and to score min, failing which they lose increments. 4. Make it mandatory for all Dalits taking min number of English tests and scoring min, before they can use their reservs certificates. 5. Teach only English, local language, maths from Class 1 to 5. Teach history, science, etc only after Class 8. 6. Make NCC compulsory (with English commands). Train them well in western and parallelly with Indian manners (but keep them away from bad habits of the West). 7. Instill achievement-oriented thinking & attitude among Dalits.
Above 7 steps can raise Dalits to UpperCaste standards in

21 percent is national conviction rate and 13 percent in maharashtra. so you are saying that most people are making false cases
In any federal system of Govt. priority was given to downtroden, to bring them to the mainstream. The backwardness is due to many reasons it can be best understood by our history. So the great Ambedkar made scheme to give social justice to those class through constitution. so there is tramendous change noticed today. People who commenting on caste reservation etc., let them analyse pre and post impact of intrdoduction of scheme. Definitly improvement in the socioal, educational,economic threshhold but still some time is required to bring appressed class in to the mainstream. SC/ST also contributing lot to the country in many spheare let continue to contribute. similar apportunity may given to such downtroden class there is no isuue. Let all come up, live happilly and contribute lot to introgress for country progress

Who is begging from whom? Affirmative action is in China, Japan, US, UK etc and no one opposes there so why is it that in India it is so vehemently opposed. Just because we are casteist?
Caste system has come in to existence primarily to define the jobs performed by each section of society.
This has long gone, no one is doing their job as per their caste. The whole canvas of the job creation and job seekers has changed. More so with reservations given for the last 60 years the "Supressed class" was given enough oppurtunity to shrug off their caste based oppression and rub shoulders with the "upper caste society"
Now it is time to ignore the word "Caste" and replace with Financial backwardness and limit the reservations to 5% and reduce it by 1% every year.
However, for the financially backward classes, free education, training, skill developments etc should be taken.
Government should not collect data on the basis of caste but with finanancial position (ofcourse real financial position) so that politicians will not start preparing equations and divide people again.
Caste should be restricted to individuals to help them in finding matches for marriages within the community.
This helps India become caste less society but with religions Hindu, Mus1im, kristian etc to develop in to super power.

Then why SriModiji invoked the Caste card in Loksabha2014 to garner votes?Why he made alliances with small caste based parties???Is he in a position to do away Caste?if he can put through the Triple Talaq Bill why not get passed a bill abolishing caste???????????????

If he has 56",let him abolish caste,lock stock & barrel otherwise stop pretending!!!!!
sc/st bill has not been diluted,but innocent people shall not be punished.all this staged bandh and drama.suppose it is not diluted,then there will be no atrocities.but what about till now.you have to win the heart and mind of others through your deeds.law can not come to replace your acts.GOI must act swiftly if sc/st suffer on account of swarn castes.
