in majority of the cases ,innocents are being harassed across the board,only fools ,people with vested interests fail to see the reality...in fact its happening other way round...scrap the law

Had you been ever harassed. Come see in the villages how the Savarnas are harassed. It has become like harassing the Savarnas is a in - thing for the so called Dalits. Just know that these people are want to have the best thing in everything without the effort to earn the same. Learning the discipline is like atyachaar for them
General merit ppl should start a similar agitation for abolishment of quota. Imagine if 50% of ppl start agitation then govt will be forced to listen. This is the only way to bring in equality now.

who will take initiative politician or students or you. this is only for writing and no one will come forward. if this is happened then it is difficult to control the situation and total India will finish. it is better to keep calm if BJP wants to travel extra mile then they will not do this not only BJP every political parties will not come forwrd it is we to do it to cast our valued voates to only two national parties if these two national parties strong then there is no question arise such situation. be wate up and act instead of giving nonsense lecture. where is fifty percent. General category is thirty percent of which ten percent are other religions.
If your statistics are correct, then such cases are really on fast track and some innocents also would be wrongly held liable in the hurry to take a fast and 'political' decision. I would like to know whether this high percentage of convictions is implemented in other categories of cases. I think you suffer from Nelson's eye.
Out of this 25% also, majority will be out of instigation by these SC,ST mainly in organised sector. They take the advantage of being SC,ST and misuse the powers given to them. Let us know how many are really booked in public life.

Most of them are paid demonstrators by anti Govt. agencies especially Congress and other ousted political p[ parties to find out who these demonstrations are? I suggest some organization to conduct research in such demonstrations
