Our history says some political parties are always appeasing to SC/STs for their vote bank Politics.This formula also applied for Muslims, only for vote bank politics, but not working in Modi era, hence those who were appeasing to Muslims now visiting temples.
In the present SC/STs ordeal political parties distribute wine, money, ask sc/sts employess to take leave on bharatbandh day only to create chaos and burn govt property to create impression that BJP anti SC/STs and to personally gain vote bank politics in the life of innocent SC/STS. Congress, SP and BSP are instigating these innocent peoples. After proper investigation every politicians and every political parties will be exposed with their roles in this atrocities.Then the poor SC/STs will realise who is what ?

SC/STs are not so powerful, they are innocents.You don't know real politics behind it. Congress, SP, BSP has distributed wine, money, has given draft copy of leave application to participate in large numbers and burn police station, damage Govt. properties, kill police officers and innocents, only to make fool these SC/STs and to create an impression that BJP anti SC/STs and finally to gain vote bank politics. This is why Congress, SP, BSP are not appealing for peace, instead they are instigating SC/STs for violence by distributing wine.

Thats fiction. In AGES, people used to stick to what they are good at. A person who is good at fishing does fishing and not military tactics or business.
The system of reservations was created with fictitious and generalized oppression theories because certain people are unfit compete in the main stream.
So , in the name of social justice, back door entry was created rendering the society substandard society.

AURYAS: One community which used to climb Coconut/palm trees, now classified as BC - were ill treated, by Trivancore Kingdom, migrated in TN - is the most literate as well as occupying more percentage of govt jobs. That community is biggest Traders/industrialists all over TN now. Once they were not allowed to enter in the places of worship, women were not allowed to wear jackets but now they lead and control places of worship.

the act has been frequently misused to blackmail the upper Caste in Cities of course SCs suffers in most cases in rural areas but reverse is the case in URban areas, it is proving a draconian act to black mail Superiors and bosses in offices even in Delhi.

Absolutely correct. In urban areas the educated ppl take huge advantage of the draconian provisions of the Act & use it to settle scores with their bosses, seniors, neighbours, supervisors.
Very conveniently Mr. Divakar says there is pressure on complainant to revoke cases when the law stipulates that once FIR is lodged there is no provision for withdrawal even if the complainant & accused have reached a agreement. So selectively quoting the law where it is convenient is another feature of activits like Mr. Paul.
Most importantly, indian jurisprudence states that " let 100 guilty go scot free lest one innocent gets punished ". Socialistic laws like this, 498A reverse this jurisprudence completely on their head. Why should even a innocent minority suffer even if majority of the cases are true-which is not the case as the conviction shows?
city persons are going to US UK with these benfits but weak are not getting anything.innocent are bought here to fight saying govt is closing down benefits.mureder is having procedure than small word on sc st.shame

this indicates corruption in justice system. Out of fear less case filed and much less convicted. people are getting killed for riding horses and for taking water from wells

Reservation should be curtailed to its minimum level( 5 to 10 %) to maintain normalcy in the country.Now people started bullying the country in name of reservation.There should not be state level reservation.There is skill migration from the state and hampering progress of state in name of reservation.This is alarming! State is getting captured by population instead of Good Skills.Reservation is necessary for integrity of nation and is only center issue. By making reservation in state we are breaking entire nation and creating bully situation.
