Shame on everyone
by PK Sagar on Sep 03, 2015 09:27 AM

I say this with sense of utter disgust over the quality of our political class. Probably PV Narasimha Rao was our best prime minister ever, and the way he was humiliated before and after his death. Shame on congress sycophants who bend backwards to please that that lousy family. He did not even get a proper cremation

See, how the times change, at the time when window of liberalisation was opened in 1991, BJP and Sangh pariwar was totally against all such reforms. It will not be out of place to mention that when Rajiv Gandhi introduced computerisation, the same Sangh pariwar was against the same. Now only because Rao being only Congress PM outside Gandhi family, they are trying to portray him as a man of vision.

Dr Jayaram was sincere in acknowledging the role of former PM PVNR.
As an erudite person he had a clear vision and pursued the strategy dismantling licence raj and opening up indian economy.
Congress was so used to bank on Nehru progeny was the main culprit trying disown an astute prime minister who could have guided the party even after its defeat .Post PVNR we had a PM who lacked vision

Required thinking??

After the dethrone of Rajiv Gandhi by Indian wise electorate, the country was in the hand of VPSingh(Manadal Fame),Chandra Sekhar(gold mortgage fame),under some tricky circumstances PVR took the charge. He side tracked the Gandhi-Nehru family taking advantage of their grief and mourning period and Sonias vulnerability as a widow of foreign origin.Ambitious Sharad power played the trick and he continue to play the same trick till day.Pranabda was sidetracked and probably suffered unnecessarily both in the hand of Rajiv Gandhi and PVR for being competent and stickers for rules and procedures.Rao demolished Arun Singh, another ambitious man.PVR greatest failure is the killing of oil executives in upper Assam and rise in insurgency.Demolition of Babri Masjid and subsequent riots and bom blast.Rise of Hindu fundamentalism with rise in Muslim fundamentalism.Intolerance in the society rises exponentially during his tenure.Purchase of MPs to keep his government affloat.During that time world were in recess and all were going for reforms. One of the many ways is to sell the profitable PSU to raise funds.Political FM thinks for vote.Non political one only thinks for revenue.Welfare scheme during Raos time was at lowest.Congress lost popularity among weaker sections.Subsequently MMS as PM has put the congress in permanent crippled state.NaMo must be happy. It is time only to denigrate Nehru-Gandhi but they are the architect of BARC,ISRO,Oil Exploration and Steel plus chemical Industry.

India today would be different if one family would not have side tracked few immaculate brains P V Narasimha Rao, Pranab Mukheree and Manmohan Singh. Wake up Congress. How further deep you will dig your grave, before we start writing your epitaph?
