Do Indians graduate ? but they do insult other country graduates.Specially NRI and then they say them as Non Reliable Indian.Indian study is not very vast and they consider them as Subject Matter Experts after not even knowing what is subject.Did diploma in India and went to New Zealand and none of the Indian was having basic knowledge of many subjects. But did manage to graduate in Networking in 3 core technologies.
Appreciate Government /private Schools n colleges to provide fee waiver (half/full) to economically poor students with merit.. Scholarship can be given during the studies based on merit n need!
Forty years back ,more than 75% schlolarships were given based on mereit but in the last 40 years, Politicians who are enemies of this country and who should be called looters have chaged this system for political purpose and to befool the indian public so now only 0.7 percent scholareships are given based on merit.
This applies so called nonOBC/ST/SC student do not have students from poor who deserve scholarship. This is reverse discrimination and needs to be routed out.

If Marks are not the criteria to measure one's Merit or for giving scholarships, what else is available in our system? Everyone knows that Marks is not all in life and a meritorious student need not reflect his intelligence by marks. But, in today's world, merit is measured in terms of Marks only. So, Marks == Merit.
Incidentally, to receive scholarships in India, marks or merit is not a criteria, which is a sad state of affair. A student, who scores high in a Marks based system should be provided assistance irrespective of his caste, creed, religion and (even!) financial background. Otherwise, the motivation to study well will be gone forever. A meritorious student from a poor family in General Category wil not get a scholarship because of his caste and a student in OBC or SC/ST category stands a high chance of getting a scholarship for the same reason, though securing lower marks!
