There are many errors in this report. If it is true Indians upper class highly intelligent in USA , UK and Australia are upper class , there are are very few to none bc . These upper class get education by bribe. So there is no need to worry abou upper class.

I know a person who is Upper cast and can not afford money for his son due to utter poverty. So all upper cat are not rich. give your reply please
We are obligated to provide all the money and help we can to ST SC and other OBC no matter what. They will never come up at others level. That how they are made. Politicians get financial help by bribes. And many others knows the multiple scam to steal . Good luck to you rest of poor India.

Assets or wealth as nothing to do with intelligence provide financial help but no compromise in merit at the time of admission. its double bonanza get money /get admission at less merit and get job as well is it in LINE WITH BASIC CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO EQUALITY?

majority of human beings have more or less same IQ (Excluding genius) However to utilize your brain you need to have money, facilities, so that you can concentrate on studies. These facilities are provided by reservation. Which is absolute nessesity in india.

everybody thinks that iam more talented than other. Fact is not else you could have changed the present situation.
only 0.7% merit student get scholarship! What a pity That's why INDIA is lagging behind in technological field and we r importing technology from developed countries . The corruption is at its peak.
